Horrible! Homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Front desk associate was rude and not helpful at all. We did not feel safe staying here and went elsewhere to stay due to the conditions.

The room temperature in both rooms were cold. Tstat was raised to 80 degrees and room did not warm up during the 2 day stay. Fan speed would not increase.
Room card key was not correct on check in and was returned to fix. Next day room key did not work again.

Heater in room didn’t work, they brought us a space heater. Room was dirty, cops taking care of fighting couple outside our door until 2am. Staff was nice.

Room hadnt been vacuumed, no TP in room, phone to front desk didn't work, no breakfast, (which if there were, wouldn't have touched it)
Better than sleeping in my car.

my room was not cleaned completely. The toilet paper was nearly empty. Old water bottles on the floor, old rotting food in the fridge.

Area was nice. But when we arrived at 8pm the room wasnt completely clean. At check in the owner told us give them 20 minutes and so we went to eat came back and room still wasnt finished after 35 minutes. The owner came up and had to finish vacuuming and i used their cleaner and wrag to clean sink counter and tup.
Other then that the stay was good

You get what you pay for so I wasn’t expecting much but at least the room could have been vacuumed. At least the beds were clean.

What I liked was the friendly staff. They made me feel as if I was part of their family. As I sat eating breakfast I noticed that the experience was not unique to me. I noticed the same friendly conversation with other guests. They asked about family members and how they are doing. That was very impressive! That atmosphere does not exist in most hotels that I have stayed in. The industry is about hospitality and that is what I experienced. I was in town for the high school playoffs and if our team makes it again I already know what hotel I will book with. Last but not least a special thank you to the staff member who helped my nephew make waffles, he is still talking about it! A place where children are welcomed and not treated like they are a pain…lol! I most certainly will return!!!
