Riverside Inn

這個房間是需要下午三點後入住的，不過提前到可以寄存行李，接待的工作人員很熱情，房屋算乾淨且非常寬敞，很典型的英式房間。周邊的環境真的是太美了，值得花一天時間慢悠悠欣賞。值得一提的是，早餐咖啡非常非常好喝，小姐姐手藝真不錯！ 唯一使得不愉快的是，攜程工作人員轉發店家訊息不全，導致我們在外面等了很久，店家也感到麻煩，需要再人工核實訊息再給開門。

Last minute stay due to a family issue. Booking was simple, the room stunning and such a comfortable bed! Breakfast next morning was everything you could require, well presented and overseen by a wonderfully happy and polite host. All at a very very reasonable price ....I will certainly be back. Many thanks.

It's an excellent location right alongside the river. You need a code to enter. I didn't have it and so used the call button outside the door. The woman seemed a bit annoyed and claimed to have sent me an email with it. I later carefully checked through my emails including the spam folder - there definitely was no email. I had the single room with a private external bathroom. It wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The supplied robe came in handy for visits to it. The room is small but okay, with a good view of the river. There is a nice selection of teas and coffee in the room as well as a package of biscuits. The breakfast was also good and it is in a pleasant breakfast room. It is a buffet apart from the coffee and tea which is served. I had a cappuccino with powdered chocolate on top that was well done. Checkout is rather early at 10:00. Five hours between check-in and check-out is more than most places I've been to.

Travelled by train. The Riverside inn is a short walk away. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It's self service check in, but the owner was easy to contact by email, and very helpful. We booked room 3 with a lovely view of the river. Breakfast was great too! Highly recommend.

Easy self check in and check out. Spotlessly clean, great decoration, we stayed in room 6 and I imagine it has just had a complete refurb. Breakfast had plenty of choice. All round good value for money. Great location as it is only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and city centre

It was perfect in every way. Easy to check in, a good location within an easy walk of the centre of Ely, a well appointed room furnished and decorated to a high standard, a luxurious bathroom, everything exceptionally clean and a good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very comfortable and well heated room room. The staff responded very well to requests. The staff were helpful in all situations. The hotel is situated in a very quiet part of Ely. There was a good level of service throughout. Would recommend it for a short stay.

Chief attraction must be location - both specifically with its outlook across and down the river and generally with its easy walking access to Cathedral, town, etc. Absentee management worked satisfactorily for my disabled partner and myself, thanks to communications and reassurances at time of booking - but I could imagine it presenting problems if issues arose during one's stay. Breakfast satisfactory, but VERY pre-prepared.
