I always enjoy my stay at Hotel Zena and exclusively will stay there now when I make my frequent travels to DC. I received a complimentary upgrade upon arriving but when there was a little issue with the heat in my room, I was switched to another great room next door in a matter of minutes and saw the maintenance crew resolving the issue for the next guest immediately. The customer service is so kind and the ambience and aesthetic of the hotel really made me feel like I wasn't alone this Christmas and I'm so thankful to have a go-to hotel moving forward.
Side note - the kitchen wasn't open during my recent stay, but I've had both their breakfast and dinner from the restaurant Figleaf and they have always been delicious and large portions for a reasonable price!
I look forward to my next work trip and the opportunity to stay here again. It is clear they have the system running smoothly and down to a science amongst their staff and still find the time to make each of their guests feel so special whenever I would pass by. Thank you again, Hotel Zena, Staff, Maintenance, & Valet Services for another 5 star experience at my favorite hotel!
