Communication is great from the staff. They sent us WeChat messages with options of things to do in the area and let us know that they would send free fruit to the room and that there was a gift waiting for us after checkout. The hotel area is big, our room was quite far away from the lobby but the pool and beach was easily accessible. The view and coastal air was outstanding. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. It was busy and we had to wait in line for 10 minutes on our second morning before being seated but it didn't feel overwhelmingly busy. Getting around the greater area is easy on foot, about 15 minutes walk to the shopping/restaurant area via the beach or roads. There was plenty of parking available for the car we had rented. Taxis are also available to book and it seems you can rent electric scooters to get around.
