Nothing to do in close proximity.
Staff were not welcoming at all.
Not enough shelving in the room for personal items.
Bathroom stool was used to hold all towels etc.

New hotel (started business 2 years ago), with a comfortable bathroom, tv with Chromecast, good breakfast. A bar and a restaurant are also available, with very good dishes, local food, vegetarian options, ... Easy to park, friendly staff ...

My feedback is a joined feedback for ******* and the Bercail Hotel. I paid extra 16 euros on the ******* site that stated allows me to cancel or change the reservation if needed. I reached out to ******* to use it. They told me that they need to check with the hotel. At the hotel, nobody was available to approve the request. This should not be the case: the ******* extra service should not be in conflict with the hotel policy.

We stayed for one night with a family of 6, room are big enough for us. Staff are very nice and helpful. Good parking, their breakfast buffet was good

Great hotel for 3 men travelling to the RWC 23. A little out of town for some but suited us as we also wanted to visit Ieper in Belgium as well as the rugby in Lille. Modern hotel with great and helpful staff. I would definitely use this hotel again when I visit the area again.
