Older holder hotel good stay for the price hotel pool and restaurant we’re good free breakfast was good as well

I reserved a king room, they “didn’t have any left” so we got a queen handicapped room. There were ants all in the bathroom. We asked for another room and got 2 queen beds. It was fine. The staff was nice about it but will absolutely never stay here again.

Overall this place has potential. The pool is a really good size but it is not cared for there is food and towels laying all over the place, hair floating in the pool. If you don’t have the staff to care for the pool or pool area don’t have the pool open. The room was dated but clean and tidy.

My stay would have been even better except for 2 things. The beds were a little hard and the indoor pool was ice cold!? One of the reasons I booked here is so my kid could use the pool.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Best Western North Haven last night after a day of traveling. All we wanted was a good nights rest. Unfortunately that did not happen because there were dogs barking all night long in the room next to ours. It was very annoying and difficult to fall asleep to.

All the breakfast items were cold. The warming trays weren't plugged in.
The fire alarm went off at midnight because some people were smoking up their room (not the hotel's fault) but it then took them an hour to fully turn the alarm off (hotel's fault).

The carpet cleaning perfume is so overwhelming I got a migraine because of the smell. The level of cleanness is less then average and the furniture is broken down.
On a better note the staff was very friendly especially Kristen at the restaurant during the breakfast. She was very warm, smiling and very helpful.
