we were stay at royal palms beach hotel our annual trip.the hotel is very beautifully and view was amazing .... the staffs are very friendly.. warm welcomed by front office staff...food was amazing and tasty.... special thanks for malsha for her great attention

We. We're at royal Palms for our annual trip. And we had a really wonderful time. The pool was amazing with tasty food . Anjali & praveena gave us a great welcome on arrival. A special thanks to all staff and the management for making our trip a wonderful and memorable one.

Our stay was amazing . .... hotel is very clean and view was nice.... hotel staffs are very friendly specially the front office staff are very friendly... wonderful service received ....food was good and tasty ... thank you all gave us memorable stay... from reservation we have received good service

We have checked in Royal palms beach hotel with our group.We had a memorable time there.the staff is very friendly and very helpful Speciali Tharindu in reception very helpful and nice person and all staff is very friendly.. Thank you very much and hope to see you again..

We were at royal palms bech hotel fornour annual trip. It was a one night stay but was a lot of fun. The rooms were clean the food was very good and the servixe staff and reception was very good******* The hotel pool was amazing and we hd a lot of fun there***** Would highly recommend tgis hotel to all

Royal Palms Beach hotel is a lovely hotel, and the pool made up for the no beach. All staff were extremely polite and courteous. Special thanks to Dilhani who looked after us and was very supportive when our luggage didn’t arrive from Dubai. Also to Indika, for cleaning our room every day and leaving some fantastic animals shapes from the towels. Pool attendees were superb in organising the sunbeds and towels. Restaurant food was okay but probably expecting it to be to our style, taste and preparation. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and always joyous. Thanks to Nawood and Himasha for looking after us along with everybody else. A great time was had and would definitely go back again.

The hotel is beautiful and staff are lovely. Although we had a lot of rain we still had a great time. Food is very good and nice selection of drinks although we would have like wine included in the all inclusive package rather than just one glass at lunch and dinner.

Royal palm Beach hotel our stay was very fantastic the pool was aways well cleaned and all the pool attendants could not do enough for you as well as all the staff through out the hotel. Food was very nice, rooms were spot less and cleaned every day . During our stay the hotel had to make some changes to the sea defences and large rocks was placed to the sea front with minimal noise and disturbance unlike other guests are making out . If they had asked to be moved the hotel would of happily moved them. Building the defence walls was something the hotel had to do after the tsunami to protect the hotel and guests . We was all given a day to the beach with free shuttle service. and some had free restaurant meal at a different restaurant and still moaned no pleasing some guests aways looking for the negative Never positive we had a lovely two weeks and would go back

This was my 12th visit go this Hotel and again the could not do enough for me. Huge thank you to Duminda, Jude ,Roshanthu some of the bell boys and to Dilhani and the ladies and gentlemen on reception for all their help. Sarath and the pool men kept the pool really clean and the surrounding areas. Again the food and choice of food was really good so thanks to all the kitchen staff and service in the restaurant. No doubt i will be back as will people i met on their first visits their, some have already said they will return. Again thank you all from houekeeping to management for another memorable stay I look forward to seeing you all again and hope you manage to resolve the beach issues.
