I rarely leave reviews following a hotel stay but was so impressed with the Comfort Inn - Waco, that I had to leave one. The property was so immaculately clean - the staff was always making sure the property was clean. Our room was very spacious - with 2 queen beds and a separate small sofa, there was lots of room to relax. The beds were extremely comfortable. I really appreciated that there were extra blankets and pillows available to add to the comfort. With a microwave, refrigerator, full size ironing board and iron and a comfortable desk and chair to work at in the room - we had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable.

Staff was nice and helpful but our room was filthy. It smelled like cigarette smoke, there were roach droppings in both sinks and stains on the bed and pillows. Based on that, we skipped breakfast. Parking lot was full of trash. Won't stay here again.

I have stayed here prior and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The ladies that work in the breakfast area are always extremely nice and helpful
There are some minor issues that could be addressed from a maintenance standpoint, but overall the hotel is in good condition.
The one thing I would love to see changed/expanded is the workout room. There is one treadmill, one recumbent bike and one elliptical machine. It would be awesome to have more choices.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Close to attractions and dining. Good value for your money. Nice breakfast buffet, good selections. First time staying and we would stay again.
