I stayed at Ibis airport because I had a flight to catch next day Morning. A couple of times I asked the hotel staff about taxi service. They said, they will call the taxi for me when I was ready to go to the airport and it will take about 15 minutes wait. That was not true. I waited for a taxi for about an hour and I end up missing my flight…. Which was a connection to an international flight. It was very upsetting. Had to find my ways to call United Airlines to reschedule my connection. Luckily my flight to the USA was latter in the evening and I was able to make to Guarulhos on time. I know it doesn’t have nothing to do with the hotel service. However, if they hadn’t said it was easy to catch a taxi easily, I had made my arrangements and not waited for the hotel staff to call me a cab. Very disappointed with false information. Lesson learned.

A reforma que hotel passou ficou linda, a mesa da sinuca, café da manhã e o almoço feito pelo José e Andressa me trouxe lembrança afetiva maravilhosa...amei a estada no Hotel, todos muito simpático! Fui tratado com muito amor e carinho!!! Voltarei novamente para comer o bolinho de chuva que tem sabor de quero mas!!!!!!😍☺️❤️😻

Meu hotel preferido na Grande Vitória. O atendimento é excelente, cafe da manhã com bastante variedades e o hotel tem restaurante próprio que serve almoço e jantar com preço super justo. Os quartos são limpos e silenciosos. Quero agradecer ao funcionário Paulo por toda a ajuda que nos deu. Em breve estaremos aí novamente.

Eu e minha família tivemos uma ótima experiência no hotel Ibis Aeroporto. Fomos muito bem recebidos por toda a equipe. Destaque especial ao supervisor Paulo que nos deu ótimas dicas de passeios pela região. Voltaremos nas próximas férias com certeza

Quarto confortável e limpo. O hotel tem restaurante próprio com diversos opções delicosas. Possui academia com bons equipamentos. O atendente Paulo é muito simpático. Parabéns a toda a equipe
