Reservation made for room and dinner. Upon arrival we were told of an event and that the restaurant was closed. Desk send us to restaurants which were closed. Heating in room was broken and badly fixed. Breakfast food was ok, but because of the event served on very low tables in the bar. Skip the hotel next time and find something else

A very nice hotel with unique architecture and layout. Secure off road parking and a comfortable bed. A short walk from the hotel took us to a large park which was a nice way to spend an hour or so walking. It was late in the season so the restaurant wasn’t fully functioning but a simple and very pleasant meal was prepared for us in the bar. Good chilled draught beer was on tap. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet and more than adequate. It was a stop off point from travelling between the UK channel ports and southern Spain and was a great spot for our 2nd night

Nos hemos alojado allí varias veces y es un lugar encantador y muy confortable.Nos gusta especialmente el desayuno que es buffet y no le falta detalle,desde las distintas leches vegetales hasta diferentes cafés.

Auténtico hotel con instalaciones medievales, perfecta limpieza y trato impecable 👌. Paredes finas y puedes escuchar todo lo que pasa en la habitación contigua, pero en general tranquilidad, sobre todo por la noche. Habitación tiene ducha con hidromasaje. Volvería y recomendaría.

Grata estancia y degustación de su restaurante. Todo con mimo, cercanía y limpieza. Además, con precios competitivos, creando una calidad precio por encima de lo habitual. Para repetir y recomendar sin duda. Habitaciones rusticas cuidando la imagen del Palacio de Elorriaga y estancia comedor agradable en la misma línea. Platos para cenar en buena cantidad y calidad y bien asesorados según tu necesidad.

Hotel bonito y muy tranquilo, con un ambiente relajado al que también contribuye el personal. Desayono generoso por 5€ . Parquing gratuito y a un paso de Vitoria Gasteiz. Para rstar en Siberia Gasteiz calor, calor en la habitaciøn. Muy muy recomendable.

Acabamos de terminar nuestras vacaciones en Vitoria alojados en el Palacio de Elorriaga. Ha sido una experiencia formidable. Un edificio del medievo convertido en un espacio confortable y bien adaptado al siglo XXI. El personal atento y amable además de profesional con gran capacidad de reacción ante las eventualidades. Un placer haberles conocido, especialmente a Ángel que ha sido nuestro cicerone.
