This hotel is located in a beautiful park setting with large trees and it affords amenities such as an excellent restaurant, spacious rooms, breakfast and pleasing contemporary decor. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and I enjoyed the lovely village of San Marino al Cimino.

I lived here 1 night and eat in restaurant. Actually the best cuisine in Viterbo. The best pizza, pasta and desserts. The service is perfect. The waiters are very polite and attentive. Thank you very much!!

Sono stata presso questa struttura con un evento di gruppo. Il mio giudizio, mi dispiace dirlo, è desolante. Le foto che si vedono in giro e sul sito dell'hotel risalgono probabilmente a 30 anni fa, quando il residence, certamente, sarà stato un'eccellenza. lo stato attuale è di semi-abbandono. La sensazione è che non si facciano più investimenti da oltre 30 anni, pertanto la struttura è gravemente fatiscente; gli arredi, i bagni, le prese, le dotazioni, la biancheria sono degli anni 80; la pulizia scarsa. Nei villini mancano le zanzariere, con la conseguenza che ci sono insetti ovunque e di ogni tipo (dato che la struttura è immersa nel verde) e c'è molta umidità. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e, data la situazione di abbandono, fa quello che può. La colazione è incommentabile. Francamente dispiace perchè la struttura è bella, con campi sportivi, terrazzamenti, fiori e una bella piscina, ma tutto è lasciato all'incuria più deprimente. Per favore, almeno, pulite le stanze, mettete le zanzariere e usate insetticidi.

Io e la mia classe abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel a metà marzo, e la nostra esperienza in questo albergo è stata estremamente negativa a causa di vari problemi gravi. La pulizia era carente, con evidente sporcizia e un forte odore di muffa. Gli spazi erano mal organizzati, con letti nel soggiorno per mancanza di spazio e finestre che non si aprivano, compromettendo l'aria e la luminosità delle stanze. La sicurezza era un'altra preoccupazione, con la porta d'ingresso che non si chiudeva. Inoltre abbiamo 16 anni e siamo stati alloggiati in bunker sotterranei lontani dall'hotel, dove c’è carenza di luminosità e di notte mette un certo timore. La colazione offerta era sia in scarsa quantità che di bassa qualità, infatti molti di noi rimanevano a digiuno. Consigliamo vivamente di evitare questo hotel.

Hotel apparentemente bello il problema è quando si entra e si sale nelle camere..già all'entrata si percepisce la scarsa pulizia e polvere dovuta alla moquette. Le camere anche se carine, polverose e vecchie di arredamento. La notte l'abbiamo passata tossendo per gli acari e con un pó di freddo. Peccato bastava una coperta in più. La colazione è stata una sorpresa ci aspettavamo tutte cose confezionate ma alla fine abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene. Girovagando nei dintorni dell'hotel abbiamo visto l'impianto sportivo niente male ovviamente non praticabile d'inverno a causa della scarsa manutenzione. Basterebbero un pó più accorgimenti e le 4 stelle sarebbero giuste! Ha tutte le potenzialità.

struttura datata, ma ancor tutto funzionante, ampia stanza, pulita, essendo immerso nella natura secondo me la mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre è grave, d'estate entra di tutto in camera. Ristorante con menù limitato, ma tutto buono. A colazione mi sarei aspettato da un 4 stelle maggior varietà di dolce, esempio non c'erano cornetti ripieni, solo .vuoti. Prezzo ottimo. Ci tornerò
