A cord was pulled from wall, tried to call office and phone in room not working. Otherwise it was adequate.

Satisfactory budget motel in our desired neighborhood. Staff helped us acquire extra pillows.

Noisy and dirty beyond. We had our small son with us, and after crawling for 5 minuttes on the floor his hands were completely black from the floor. I honestly dont Think its ever been cleaned. Located right of the highway so expect noisy night.

My stay was good. They do need to clean the drains in the bathtub and the sink.

The room was great. upgrades to bathroom and floors. Very nice look.

1. manager yelled at us to get our cats out. when we said we thought it was pet friendly, she stated only for dogs and to get the cats out or leave 2. dirty bedding, smelly room of **** and cigarettes, not clean. 3. broken furniture, hard beds, broken tv mount. Overall, won't stay there again. would say you get what you pay for however, it was costly for what you get.

Front desk attendant was friendly especially having a late night arrival due to flights, Would stay there again if visiting the area again.

It was very quiet good location rooms are OK. Need a little upgrade. Hospitality was good.

I love Best Western Hotel chains. This stay was not the usual standard I usually experience. I never complain so I feel bad even sharing this.. The hotel grounds and landscaping in the front are beautiful. The pool area is inviting. I stayed in the back building which I would not recommend. The hotel advertises free breakfast but the restaurant is closed and they offered no voucher for a free breakfast or brought in any breakfast from elsewhere. They advertised hairdryers in the room but I had none. The smoke monitor was off the wall and put in a drawer by previous guests in order to smoke I guess in the room. The neighbors next door were screaming and yelling all night long one night which kept everyone up in the building with no security to stop them. I suspect they were running an illegal business. The rate was good so I cannot complain there. I recommend you ask for a room up in the front part of the building away from the hubbub in the back buildings.
