Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel ,Ambience,Hygeine All r Good+ & As we Checked In late Night, Reception to Staff Response Was Not Quick & Non of Services to Room @ Our Repeated Cals & Requests are Not cared by Them like HotFlasks ,Shower Caps & TV Remote n So .Any How This We shall be there n Try our luck again .🤞

The room was good but a bit small in size. The service of the staff there is terrible. Room service is terrible. We asked for an extra mattress and blanket. The mattress was provided 2 hours later and they refused to provide any blanket. The key card kept getting deactivated even though we did our payment in full beforehand. The service is terrible.

Place is very comfortable easy to travel to railway and bus station. 2 kms to rk beach and 2 kms to railway station and 4 kms to rt c bus stand.

Nice rooms and good service, rooms were sufficient to stay for single person or couples. Choose superior luxury room if you are traveling with your colleage

I stayed here for 3 night and four days. Room was neat and clean and room service was good. This hotel is situated in main town so you will not face any logistic issue and also at a walking distance from the rk beach. Restaurant of the hotel mainly serves south indian food.

Decent quite hotel in an upscale locality yet centrally located with close access to shopping, restaurants and above all rk beach. Though rooms are good value for money, service needs to improve especially the response time

They made us wait for more than 1 hour and we did have suite room and they have provided us normal room even after we booked for sea view, no complimentary breakfast and when asked for heating up the food we bought, the staff was bit tired and haven’t shown interest about our request.
