Exclusive Wine Resort - Villa Dianella

We stumbled upon this villa looking to avoid the hustle of Florence and what a gem this place is. The grounds, the personal chef and restaurant were amazing. Also, the staff here are incredible. They go out of their way to make you happy. Incredible!!

Our third trip to Italy but 1st to the Tuscany region. The Villa is wonderfully adorned with stunning views and staff that is second to none. Property was undergoing renovations to add on-site merchandise store. We enjoyed several meals on-site as well as wine tastings and food pairings. Hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful...so much so that we shipped a couple of cases home...Stayed in the Sage Suite for three nights and had the most beautiful views and sunsets. Would definitely return.

was attending a wedding at Villa Dianella. The location was beautiful and the food was great. Unfortunately I was not able to taste the wine, but heard a lot of praise. That being said, I have to add that the service by your staff was extremely underwhelming. At the beginning of lunch, our glasses were not filled so when the groom and bride finished their speeches we could not give a toast. Someone had to search for the staff to ask for something to drink. This situation continued and worsened enormously during the afternoon. In the evening, starting from about 6pm, the service crew was obviously hiding from us. Nobody was at the bar. We searched again and found them in the kitchen. We asked politely if someone could come down and prepare drinks for us. They were rolling their eyes at us, one man then came down. He was so unfriendly, I have no words for that. He left immediately after pouring one round. We had to go behind the bar then and prepare our own drinks. For the last hour, him and a waitress reappeared, but not at the bar. They were standing at the end of the room with arms crossed in front of their chest and such annoyed expressions. They were glaring at us the whole time. Many guests were irritated and felt like intruders to this place. We had to leave at 21.40, because they told us abruptly to stop the music and go home. Before we left, I told the two staff members that their behavior during the whole evening had been very irritating. They told me that they were tired and wanted us to leave because they had to start work at 7am. I understand that this is hard work and can be exhausting. But this is not the fault of the guests and the couple who chose your place to celebrate the greatest day of their lives.

Très joli cadre, beau jardin, maison d’hôte au charme d’autrefois. Joli buffet de petit déjeuner avec du choix, surtout des produits de qualité! Le personnel est très gentil, ils leurs manquent juste de sourire un peu et tout serait parfait.

Un cadre raffiné de grand bon goût dans une demeure historique ( villa medicienne) pleine de charme, d’élégance, de raffinement où tout est fait pour se faire sentir bien accueilli.Le personnel est aux petits soins. La nourriture exquise avec le vin de la propriété familiale. Dégustation à retenir à l avance! Nous reviendrons certainement. D’ici nous allons rayonner dans cette merveilleuse Toscane.

Wij wilde graag een wijnproeverij doen tijdens onze vakantie in Italië en vonden Villa Dianella. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en een kleine rondleiding door het pand. Wij mistte alleen een rondeleiding door de wijngaard zelf. We hadden het arrangement van 25 euro, wat ruim voldoende eten was voor bij de 3 prachtige wijnen. Welke een unieke smaakbeleving waren. Een aanrader!

Pessimo rapporto per qualità cibo, servizio e prezzo. Strada privata accesso alla Villa completamente dissestata. Giardino non illuminato. Servizio pessimo per il prezzo richiesto. Invitati scontenti per la qualità e la quantità del cibo.
