The location was excellent as it was close to all parts of town and 3 minutes away from the closest metro station. The hotel employees are beyond amazing and make you feel home.

Easy access to Part Dieu train station, and walking distance to the old town and other major sightseeing spots. The only thing is the cleanliness wasn’t great. There was mysterious flakes and dusts on the nightstands and floor when I arrived into the room for the first time. Also the sound insulation isn’t the best in this oldish building, so each morning be aware of the doors shutting and elevator door closing.

Great location, in the heart of Lyon city center.
Very clean room.
Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room.
The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice.
For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception.
But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels.

The hotel’s location is in central.
Lots of restaurants and bars around and easy walking to shopping area and to the old town.
During our stay the weather was very nice but we cannot open the window at night because it is a bit noisy (the rubbish/bottles collection time)
And the hotel have not turn on the air-conditioning so the room is too hot to have a good night sleep !
The coffee machine at the reception and the free water supply is a bonus !

Bien situé, à 100m du métro. Il y a une machine à café et une fontaine à eau qui est bien appréciée. Le petit déjeuner est moyen mais ça reste correct. Expérience agréable et positive et reviendrai.
