พอไปถึงโรงแรมก็บอกว่าไม่ได้จองไว้ไม่มีจ่าย (ตอนเค้าเรียกเก็บเงินไปแล้ว) เลยต้องไปโรงแรมอื่น
ฉันเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะทำเลที่ตั้งมากกว่าราคาหรือคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ ดังนั้นการเปลี่ยนโรงแรมจึงเป็นปัญหาใหญ่ ในที่สุดพวกเขาก็เปลี่ยนฉันเป็นโรงแรมอื่น แต่พวกเขาก็เรียกเก็บเงินฉันอีกครั้ง ฉันจะไม่แนะนำให้ใช้การเดินทางเป็นแพลตฟอร์มการเดินทางหรือโรงแรมแมริออท

Tattered conditions. What i can’t understand is that even a badly rundown ironing board was provided in my room. Is that so difficult to replace it with a new or at least an intact one?

The bell boy was absolutely the best. The front desk check in was horrible. We arrived after 3 pm which is check in time and our room was not available. We literally waited 1.5 hours for our room, this was unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager and were upgraded within 1/2 an hour.
We planned this trip months ago, we are Marriott bonvoy members.

During my first 3 o 4 days no hot water and the lobby did not have air condition. We talked to the reception people and they did not care less. to make me happy the offered me a beer and by the way I do not drink. please review who you put in the lobby. they are causing a big damage to the reputation of the Marriott.

The constant stench of the air conditioner ducts smell of humidity that is associated with air ducts full of mold it’s unbearable. It surprises me Marriott Brand puts in jeopardy it’s name
