Super clean, outdoor areas are very ambient and nice with the outdoor fireplace spa and dining areas. Bar is great with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Our stay at the Element was lovely and everyone was very friendly. The hotel was clean and beautiful and we hot-tubbed under the stars after a long day of hiking. My only comment would be I found the front desk host seemed to wander off leaving us waiting to be helped, more than once.

This was a nice getaway trip and the Element was a nice addition to our trip. The hotel had a nice sitting, breakfast and bar areas. We had a suite for this trip and the Monday cleaning team did a good job in ensuring we had clean towels and removed our trash. The breakfast guy did a good job serving breakfast and provided me with gluten-free options after requesting no bread. Overall very good stay. The pool could have warmer though...

The hotel was beautiful. When I was checking in there was no one on reception. When she appeared she was disheveled and rude. I had paid in full on ******* for this reservation and have just discovered she also charged my card in full directly for the room. I stayed in 10 hotels in 10 nights for a work trip and this was by far the worst customer service. Every other hotel was lovely and on calling the help line to rectify this situation, the nice gentleman asked if she had asked for my rewards number-I told him no and that I felt lucky just to get a room key from the patronizing staff member on the desk. Save your money and go somewhere else! Plenty of beautiful places to stay where you will meet wonderful people!

Hotel is easy to find, its newer, nice, clean, quiet inside.
BUT. They dont tell you that theres an incidental charge/hold on your card that gets refunded, and they also dont mention that they charge $20 for parking, even though you're staying at THEIR hotel! Thatll keep this hotel from ever reaching 4 stars for me, let alone 5.
Fees are hidden until youve paid and are checking in, and then, your room is non refundable.
