La mia esperienza con questa struttura è negativa in quanto ho prenotato con ********** per soggiornare due notti con la famiglia in agosto, subito dopo la prenotazione ho cercato più volte via messaggio e sia tramite il servizio clienti di ********** di contattarli per dei chiarimenti ma ne io ne loro hanno ricevuto risposta. Dieci gg. prima del ns. arrivo mi arriva un messaggio di cancellazione da parte della struttura dicendo che non riuscivano a gestire le prenotazioni causa loro errore......
