Rooms are big but decor is average. In one of our rooms there was no remote si no telly available during the whole stay. The floating floor was separating and showed gaps. Bathroom comfortable but outdated. The gym was terrible. Broken floor, broken machines and very small. Heated pool is small but rather nice. Outdoor pool also heated and nice. At checkout: beware! They’ll ask you to do a direct transference and then tell you that the money didn’t enter their account. Then they’ll ask you to pay again or leave your credit card details!! Be careful. The only thing in this hotel that was top notch and super good is the restaurant Ulpiano. The staff is wonderful and the food awesome, including the breakfast.

Todo increíble ! Pagamos un finde mágico, la profe q hacía actividades con los niños una genia !!! Desde que ingresas al hotel y te reciben ya con una sonrisa, hasta el desayuno, las chicas del spa … todo pero todo muy cordial y ameno !! Volveremos nuevamente !!!

Gran calidad en todas las prestaciones, habitaciones, lugares comunes y espacios de animación. El personal muy atento. La animación muy buena. Todo excelente, atención, calidez, limpieza. En el resto a veces fallaba el personal por su poca experiencia.

Un hotel hermoso para vacacionar,las habitaciones linda y el servicio bastante bueno en cuanto a lo que hacer hay bastantes cosas como cancha de tenis o de futbol en general es un lugar lindo para ir en familia y que todos disfruten de lo que ofrece este increíble hotel

El hotel es un hotel de los años 80. Está desmejorado en todas sus áreas. Los ascensores son viejiiiiisimos. Todo lo que se ha ido rompiendo lo remendaron pero no lo cambiaron. Por ejemplo: la calefacción central no existe más, se anuló y pusieron aires frío calor. El jacuzzi de la pileta climatizada se rompió y lo taparon con maderas, las alfombras están destruidas y manchadas Los baños son viejísimos, luces quemadas, cosas rotas que no se han arreglado. Estuvo 5 horas el hotel sin agua caliente por la rotura de la caldera. La animación que ofrecieron el finde largo era una sola profe ( con muy buena predisposición y muy amable) pero faltaban elementos para la tarifa que cobran. El área de spa, todo roto, viejo, deteriorado Es una pena, pero tienen que ponerse a la altura para poder cobrar la tarifa que pusieron este finde largo. No volveríamos

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el predio es muy bonito. El personal es amable y servicial, especialmente Mari una de las profesoras encargadas de entretenimientos. Todos los días tienen diferentes propuestas de actividades para la familia. La pileta climatizada y el "gimnasio" son extremadamente pequeños. No obstante, a mi criterio el hotel está mal administrado. Nos asignaron una habitación que era para dos personas, cuando éramos cuatro. Durante nuestra estadía mis hijos no pudieron disfrutar del playroom, ya que lo cerraron para un evento corporativo y a las familias hospedadas nos dejaron los juegos distribuidos por el lobby y el área de fumadores al aire libre. Los días de lluvia los niños vieron peliculas en una salita de 2m x 2m, cuando el playroon tenia un espacio muy cómodo y estaba ocupado por el evento.
