Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and the location is great for hiking trips. You can hike in the region itself or easily catch a bus. Close to Teide cablecar. Very friendly and flexibel host. Can recommend for people travelling alone.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. The pictures are extremely deceiving. As a solo traveller I got stuck in the "Gomera" room, a dank and dark little room without windows and hardly any ventilation except for the door, which gave out to the entrance, meaning the room was extremely noisy to boot. There was no real room to store my luggage, the bed was attached to the wall and the bedpost was broken, and after one day it was impossible to get the smells out. Showering was icky: the shower curtain and the shower walls had large mould stains on them and the mat was smelly. In the shared spaces the furniture is worn and splintery: I wanted to use one of the tables and one of the legs almost broke off. And one night, when I came back from a restaurant, there was a mouse skirting in and out at the front door. The owners were nowhere to be seen. AN UTTER DISGRACE. If people don't bother with even minimal maintenance, they shouldn't open a hotel. There must be far better options in Vilaflor.

Soggiorno orribile. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, la camera era umida e specialmente faceva freddo. Il bagno in comune al primo piano ha la tenda della doccia troppo corta e il bagno si allaga subito, e anche in bagno fa freddo. La zona colazione è carina, c'è tè e caffè, ma la stanza puzza di muffa, e naturalmente fa freddo anche lì, c'è una stufa ma non funziona. Mettere un microonde e una stufa funzionante renderebbe quest' ambiente piacevole, e nelle camere e in bagno va messo il riscaldamento. Il wifi funziona bene.

Chambre Gomera sans fenêtre, ni vraie porte d'ailleurs. Un message incompréhensible de plainte du gerant en pleine nuit pour musique excessive de notre part - nous n'avons pas d'appareil de musique... Forte odeur de tabac dans la seule "salle commune", celle située à l'extérieur n'étant pas attirante. Bref, une nuit, mais suffisante. Il y a certainement mieux a Viraflor, qui est un très joli village par ailleurs.

l hotel est situé à 1466 m il fait 6° la nuit en hiver, nous y sommes en fevrier et il n y a AUCUN chauffage dans les chambres ni dans aucunes pieces de l hôtel ! donc vous avez 6° dans l hôtel .Et pour les couvertures vous avez une couette qui ne couvre pas le lit + 1 couverture et débroulliez vous car il n y a personne même au téléphone personne ne réponds , de toute façon les propriétaires sont en France vous ne croisez que les femmes de ménage sympas qui font ce qu"elles peuvent avec rien ! Quant au petits déjeuners qu 'on vous annoncent de réserver IL N EXISTE PAS ( en hiver au moins) et la pièce à déjeuner sent les remontées d 'égouts à faire vomir . Aucunes isolation phonique entre les chambres idem un dortoir Dommage car l 'hôtel a de belles chambres et une belle déco Sur nos 4 nuits passées nous avons croisé les autres hôtes qui tous se plaignaient des mêmes problèmes , Nous espèrons que les propriétaires tiendront compte à l avenir des avis de leurs clients

Alloggio romantico, sensazione di essere fuori dal tempo. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e grazie alla procedura di efficiente self check in (istruzioni precise date via messaggio dal personale), siamo entrati nella nostra bellissima stanza: pulita, spaziosa, letto comodo, estremamente silenziosa. La mattina successiva per 7€ a persona ci hanno preparato una colazione internazionale molto abbondante in un clima di accoglienza famigliare bellissima. Assolutamente consigliato.
