I was driving down from chennai with my wife. Had informed late check in and didn't have much problems with the same too. Had to wait for 5 minutes before the room was set up. Parking was an issue as some function was going on and i was assured of valet parking which i am never comfortable with. But no other go. The food ordered was provided within adequate time and was excellent too. Only issue was the next day saw 2 scratches on the driver side door! which i called up the security guard driver and pointed out. He was like didn't happen from my side maybe some 2 wheeler must have done! that was the only negative issue. Stay, food, room for air-conditioning, service etc all good!

Bed room lights are very dark and dull they should replace them. Paints and furniture works need to be done asap

Hotel rooms look old. We did not have hot water in our room as the tap had some repair so we got hot water given to us in buckets

Every time I come here , my experience goes from bad to worst. Now I came at 2 pm and ordered for veg meals. Waiter said it is not available, I asked for basiballi bath, it is not available. I asked for veg biryani. The water took 30 minutes to confirm. I will never ever visit this hotel and will not recommend anyone to come here..

Very good with room, cleanliness is fantastic. Though need to improve the geyser quality. Hotel staffs are courteous and cooperative.

Pros : 1) walkable distance to my visiting office
2) breakfast is good 3) staff and receptionist are friendly cons: 1) the shower water pressure is so low
2) no dust bin at washroom nor hall 3) no amenities like - coffee kettle, tea, coffee bags, etc 4) the bathroom sliding door gets struck at some point and loose at another point which may lead to any accident.
