設施：房間略顯，但設施完備。 衞生：衞生條件滿意。 環境：在碼頭附近，並且附近有大型購物中心和很多餐館，比較方便。 服務：前台服務人員都很專業和熱情。會再選擇。

前台服務較為熱心，房間內設施齊全，唯一遺憾的就是好像衹有大床房。另外，早餐較為豐富，都是為自助餐形式。

性價比極差 房間小 半扇窗户超天井 價格昂貴 沒有停車場

出差在外，還是喜歡選星級酒店，衹為安全考慮。酒店乾淨，位置好，離海邊特別近。如有機會再去vigo,還是會入住。

After a disastrous experience in a 5 star Marriot hotel in Santiago de Compostela, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is just opposite the habour for many of the ferries. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés in the area. The main shopping streets are not far either. The hotel provides a modern atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It is possible to park the car directly outside of the hotel to unload, before moving it to the near-by car park. There was a coffee machine in the room and the hotel suggested a hot water kettle as well. Although the breakfast was the same as in Santiago at least a great effort was given to display it in an appetising manner. Completely suited to a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, the same coffee machine was a disaster and always needed attention. The same toaster was useless. The design of the bathroom did make one wonder though. So much room for a shelf, but not one in sight. The sink itself was far too shallow and constantly caused water to go everywhere. As a result of which, the toiletry bags constantly got wet. There was only one dressing gown in a double room. We didn’t need it, but it does make you wonder…

The good: great location, good breakfast and nice looking restaurant area. The bad: cheap room fixtures, thin walls, old and cheap bedding, and lots of street noise depending on room and day of the week. We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family. Although we enjoyed the location, we found the interiors of the rooms to be small, cheaply done and the mattresses definitely needed to be replaced (soft and saggy). We also noticed the walls of the room were very thin. We heard our neighbor speaking German and snoring as well. Overall it was a good price for the location, but we may pay more for better accommodations next time.

Always a great stay here - hotel is high standard throughout. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff are really friendly and helpful - quick and easy check in/out. Breakfast was a little limited on hot food but good cold selection. No parking available but there is underground opposite.

This waterfront hotel is in an interesting old building, with view rooms looking out to the Bay and surroundings, nice lobby for a relaxed breakfast. My room had the great view, and the finishings are nice, but the flooring seemed to be of a cheap material that had bubbled/warped already and I notice it hadn't even been cut and laid properly along the wall (a gap) when installed. My friend didn't enjoy the enclosed feeling of the interior room she booked. We were sent to a really bad nearby restaurant by the staff but not their fault as the choices were limited with a late arrival, in fact the staff here are the best aspect. The parking situation needs to be explained more clearly. There are "limited discounts" available for a certain number of guest to park elsewhere, and if you arrive later, left to your own devices, the parking garage directly across the street is a steep 30 Euros for overnight. The entrance driveway is nicely blended into the front parklet for esthetics, but this means it's not clear it can be driven on or marked at all, you will likely miss it and need to circle another four blocks to approach again, and then discover locals feel free to block it when you might want to drive up and unload. Still enjoyed the visit despite the minor irritants.

Well positioned in the old town of Vigo. Across the street from the busy marina. Handy for lots of local bars and seafood restaurants. The hotel reception area is quite small with the restaurant area adjacent. It looks like it should be a lot bigger from the outside. It's an old building. We had room 312 which was well big enough. We found it quite dimly lit. The TV is not surprisingly all Spanish and Portuguese channels. There is no tea and coffee facility in the room. You need to purchase a drink from the restaurant and when I went to get one it was closed. We had a problem with the bathroom sink stopper becoming stuck so we had a full sink for most of a day. It was rectified eventually. We found the bed rather low to the floor. It isn't a Marriott bed either. It's a cheap bed on six small legs. The middle two were badly bent over which I fixed. It wasn't a comfy bed. The room did have a small balcony which was nice to sit on. The star of this hotel is undoubtedly Santiago on the reception desk. He was very nice and helpful with great English. If returning though, I would choose a different place to stay.
