Wir buchten diese Wohnung über Booking für die Sylvesternacht. Nachdem sich die Person die den Schlüssel übergeben sollte um über 30 Minuten verspätet hatte, wurde uns die Schlüsselübergabe verweigert mit der Begründung, dass es möglich wäre, dass wir zu laut feiern und das ja die Nachbarn stören könnte. So standen wir am letzten Tag des Jahres mit Essen und Getränken um 16 Uhr auf der Straße.

Nachdem ich coronabedingt ( Österreich wurde übers WE zum Hochrisikogebiet )meine Reise kurzfristig stornieren musste , habe ich ganz nett nach einer Kulanzregelung angefragt, mit dem Hinweis verbunden, dass meine abgesagt Veranstaltung im Jahr 2022 nachgeholt wird. Daraufhin ereilte mich ein Schreiben des GF der lediglich auf seinen AGB beharrte, mich als unfähig und mit einem einem Armutszeugnis ausstattete und keinerlei Empathie zeigt. Die Tonalität konnte man unter einer Zeile zusammenfassen "Gier frisst Hirn" ich denke, solche Vorgehensweisen sollte man nicht unterstützen. So schade :-(
