The entrance looks more like an apartment building and not like a hotel. So the check in area is deceptive, the one person staff almost around the clock are very nice, quite efficient and ready to help. The room was large and comfortable with a nice nespresso machine. The location is in the center of the old town, 2 min walk to st Stephen’s.

We liked this hotel more every day through our five day stay. It presents a modest appearance but offers exceptional comfort and hospitality. The staff were especially friendly and helpful.
I was charmed to be offered warm punch and holiday cookies in the afternoon. Even better was to find a fresh pot of herbal tea (with little pitchers of honey and rum) in the lounge when we came in from a cold walk.
The room was very comfortable. We appreciated having two arm chairs and a smart TV (something we didn't find in two other hotels on this trip).
And the location is excellent on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to very good restaurants and attractions.

The staff are great! I felt very special! Hotel is clean and location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and shopping. Thank you to YULIA, MESSADI, BENEDECT, and ISRAEL!!! Very warm and friendly staff. I recommend this place and I would return when I get another chance!

Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location right in the centre but just off a quiet street. Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, spotless room with all amenities and very comfortable bed. Superb breakfast.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and we loved the upgraded room. Beautiful view and very luxurious right in the heart of the city

Loved the whole vibe of the hotel, with all sorts of amenities provided including great toiletries, space, a nespresso machine with some pods, etc. There’s always someone at the reception so there’s no need to worry.
Coffee and tea is always on the house so you can always get one at anytime.
They allow luggage storage too, if you arrive earlier than the check in time or if you’ll be leaving way later than your check out time.
I found no problems at all, except for one thing - I thought housekeeping was provided, given that they gave a door handle sign. However, no one came to clean the room when we’ve put the sign out there, but it wasn’t an issue anyway. Still love this place.
Highly recommended for travellers! (Although I’m unsure about it for families with young children….)

We didn’t like that there was no hand basin in the toilet, you had to come out or the toilet cubicle to go into the shower room next door to wash your hands, decor in bathroom was a bit outdated, mirror chipped. Stated queen bed it was two single beds pushed together with 2 single quilts. Breakfast was poor looked very dry and not covered up. Staff on reception were lovely and helpful.
