Great hotel located at Subway exit and quiet location. Room was large and met all expectations staff were exceptional and value for money was excellent. Would stay again

Our room was very outdated and dark. There weren’t enough light fixtures to begin with, and the bulbs were very dim. I think they’ve taken eco-friendly too far. The staff was good, particularly Patrick, who went above and beyond.

Great location and incredible staff but property is in an area that is often also used by homeless after business hours and the rooms are in need of an upgrade, especially the bathrooms.

The location of this hotel is top notch, right on the main shopping street of Mariahlief and a short walk from the old city center and the museums. There's a metro station exit in the same building!
And a huge supermarket just a few steps away, overall great location.
The room I got was very big, a little condo with kitchen and microwave, very convenient.
Staff was friendly.
I would gladly stay here again.

The staff was great but the property is hard to find and needs major work. The couch in the room was made out of a pleather material. Place should only have been $100 EUROS to be fair valued not $200 USD. There was a homeless guy sleeping in the corridor in the shopping center to get in there.

Nice room and facilities although there was a very slight buzzing noise at night. Although it didn’t disrupt too much of our sleep.
