Schönes Apar**ent mit Küche und süße Willkommensgeschenke. Alles war super!!!

This wonderful apar**ent located on the excellent public transport system was spacious, clean & located with plenty of supermarket & restaurant options nearby. Communication with hosts was excellent & when we had an issue with the power (self inflicted) they were super responsive & helpful. Recommend Numa properties!

Very spacious apar**ent provided a comfortable stay. Very safe and secure entrance and room, great location for the metro. Apar**ent was missing a few key items in the kitchen.

The room has a big space,clean. It is complete with everything we needed for our stay. It had freebies also, such as salt pepper,milk and coffee also drinks ( water,soda and beer!)It is near the U4 station which we used a lot.there are many stores nearby. The only problem i found was that it was impossible to hang our towels and clothes (4 persons) cos there wasn't any cabinets apart from a wall mounted shelving and 5 unremovable hangers. But i do recommend this place and i will rebook with them again when we come back in Vienna.👍👍👍

Great rooms. But horrible service In an effort to be stylish, digital and modern, they have got rid of any personal contact, which basically means if you are an international guest traveling from another country, you have to talk to their bot on watsapp. If they cut down the receptionist, atleast they should have real people respond to watsapp and not a robot. Rooms are ok. The ac in our room was not working and it was a nigh**are to get it fixed. I exchanged some 50+ messages with the robot on watsapp and finally gave up and slept in a heaty place. It’s in a decent location if you can take train to city center. Parking on the street is a big hassle. Just an average hotel that misses the point by trying to be digital. As a traveler, I want to speak to people at a hotel and if I have an issue deal with real people.

A clean apar**ent house with pleasant neighbors just 200m from a metro station! Everything you need is available in the apar**ent- new, clean and stylish! Self check in is suitable and goes smoothly here. We’re a family from Ukraine and we’re very grateful for the two nights given to us free of charge in the time of need! Thank you, Numastays’s personelle- kind and responsive! I recommend Numa stays and sure will return to its rooms throughout Europe in future.

Checking in and out easy

Very pleased with the conditions, chic and very clean. Close to Shonbrunn and shops (20 min walking or 10 min with taxi 7 euros for family of 4). Approx 20 min with taxi to city center. By the way, nice treats in the fridge for guests. Super idea! 1
