+ great location around bars and restaurants, stylish rooms, nice and friendly service - room could be a bit larger, rooftop terrace or similar would be great

Невероятно комфортабельный и красивый отель с уникальным дизайном в центре Вены! Очень удобный и стильный номер, в котором есть всё для комфортного проживания. Еда на завтраке - объедение! Осталась более, чем довольна! Спасибо большое.

Отель прямо около улицы с магазинами, в 20 минутах пешком от Ратуши и главной рождественской ярмарки. Стильный и необычный дизайн, есть даже кольцо для баскетбола. Минус - ванная комната со стеклянными стенами и не очень хорошая шумоизоляция.

The Restaurant is probably the best part of the Hotel. Rooms are big , but don't feel cozy (floor , carpet , table, night stand..) Plus, the common toilets near the reception and the Atelier are poorly maintained :-( uugh

Had a great time, was a cool design-led hotel with an excellent bar and restaurant attached. Make sure you enjoy a nightcap at the bar

Hotel is in a great location staff was nice and helpful. Easy access to downtown and attractions. Hotel room could use a refrigerator Tea service was ok. I needed a humidifier. Would stay there again.

Overall the property was nice. The one thing that annoyed me was the restaurant / bar situation. The two are combined rather than being separate and are open to the public. This meant that they were often booked up and so we, as hotel guests, couldn't even make use of them.

Do NOT Book the Loft Room - we were cheated and mis-sold. Our room looked nothing like what is presented on the photo - instead we had a dark, no balcony room - far from the pictures. The pictures are not what you will get. When we asked the front desk why our room is so different to what is on the website, we were told they only had 3 balcony rooms. If we wanted the balcony room, we were supposed to leave a note at booking (?) even though leaving the note doesn't mean it's guaranteed. None of this is mentioned on the hotel listing. In fact, NONE of the photos actually represents the realistic view of the room. So you are not buying what you are sold. Hence it's hard to compare with other choices out there. We would not have booked what we have booked if we were shown the truth. There is also no coffee making facilities, no daily housekeeping. In the property description - it says there will be coffee making (NO), daily housekeeping (NO). Hence is a matter of luck what you get and it definitely may not be what you see on the pictures is what you will be getting. The hotel knows this pictures will attract you to book then when you confront them for a refund, they will give the lame excuse is non-refundable booking. How is it so when it is a completely different product to what is booked? Would you be happy if you were sold and paid for french fries and be getting a slice of bread in reality? We are seasoned travellers, is the first time the hotel is dishonest.

Unfortunately the Wifi didn’t work at all in the room I had, 416. The staff said the technician was “working on it” however it was useless the entire stay. In the lobby and restaurant was fine. Just frustrating when you are trying to plan your day. The breakfast was average and both days the hot food was cold. Good variety though. The bed was comfortable and sleep was easy so that was good. Bathroom was outdated, sink didn’t work and the shower is over a bath so good to know if you’re older!! Very Art Deco, which I knew. Staff were very friendly but overall, it was not the hotel for me. Good location and good transport to the Chris**as markets, so that was the main reason we went there.
