โรงแรมใกล้กับ Denkmal für Dionys Schönecker, Mr. Rapid, เวียนนา

เรามาเยือนโรงแรม Austria Trend Park Hotel ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม 2022 พนักงาน front house reception เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีเช่นเดียวกับพนักงานที่รับผิดชอบในการบริการห้องพัก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่เหมาะมากสําหรับ Schloss Schonbrunn Palace และ Zoo ซึ่งใช้เวลาเดินจากโรงแรม 15 นาที รวดเร็ว ห้องพักของเราสว่างจัดวางไว้อย่างดี และสะดวกสบาย และที่สําคัญ... เงียบสงบ มีสวนเล็กๆ ที่เงียบสงบ น่ารัก มีเปลและจุดเด่นของน้ําให้นั่งชิวๆ ในที่ดูว่ากําลังใช้งานอยู่บ้างซึ่งเนื่องจากเรามีวิ่งของสถานที่ เยี่ยมมาก.... ด้านเปล การบริการ เครื่องดื่ม น่าจะเป็น touch ที่ดี บริเวณนั้นมีร้านอาหารและร้านค้ามากมาย มากมาย อยากให้ไปไกลๆ ว่า กาแฟ ครัวซอง ไอศครีม หรือแก้วไวน์ มีแม้กระทั่งซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต 2-3 แห่ง เดินภายใน 5 นาที ถ้าคุณต้องการอะไรสักอย่าง ผิดหวังจริงๆ อย่างเดียวคือเรื่องที่จอดรถ ในขณะที่มันระบุว่าในเว็บไซต์จองห้องพัก(ไม่ใช่เว็บไซต์ของบริษัทซึ่งระบุว่าชัดเจน) ที่จอดรถในเว็บไซต์นั้นใช้ได้ แต่ก็ไม่ชัดเจนว่า จริงๆ แล้ว ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจอดรถ จ่ายเพิ่มอีก 25€ ต่อวัน ซึ่งในกรณีของผม 75€ ผมขอ ใช้ในสิ่งที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญกว่า

จองโรงแรมนี้ตอนนั้นเพราะในรีวิวบอกว่าวิวดีและที่จอดรถฟรี เราไปถึงค่อนข้างดึกเริ่มรู้สึกโรงแรมเก่าและขุ่นไปหน่อยตั้งแต่รับกุญแจ ต่อมาตรวจสอบว่าโรงแรมนี้เป็นพระราชวังแรกและต่อมาเป็นโรงพยาบาลในช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 1 และสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ต่อมาเปลี่ยนเป็นโรงแรมในยุค 80s มันค่อนข้างแปลกจริงๆ แต่ลมจากหน้าต่างจะดีตอนอาหารเช้า

I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having a restaurant on site ”The elegant restaurant Regio and the lobby bar Chino provide access to a terrace overlooking the garden. ” On arrival at around 9pm I asked for it and was told it is not open yet but I can get snacks, burgers, etc in the bar. When I book a hotel because of an on-site restaurant I expect a table and a chair and not a couch with a coffee table and a burger. Best is, when I complaint at Hilton about this, I was told that the advertising is ok because everybody's opinion what a restaurant is is different and I should have called the hotel to confirm the advertising is correct. I did not think of it since I booked at hilton.com. The hotel itself is nice and clean.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

เราเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะทําเลราคาถูกมากของ Vienna Hall และเนื่องจากเราอยู่ที่นี่ในคอนเสิร์ต เรามาถึงจาก P+R HΣtteldorf โดยรถไฟใต้ดินและสามารถแนะนําได้เท่านั้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีโรงจอดรถฟรีในโรงแรมนี้ ห้องพักได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างเรียบง่าย แต่สะอาดและมีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ อย่างไรก็ตามสําหรับการเข้าพักระยะยาวฉันจะไม่จองโรงแรมเพราะฉันพลาดตู้นิรภัยในห้อง อาหารเช้าเป็นระเบียบและราคาเหมาะสม ห้องอาหารเช้าอุ่นเกินไป (เกือบร้อน) เย็นเกินไปในส่วนที่เหลือของล็อบบี้ เราสามารถแนะนําโรงแรมและจะจองอีกครั้งสําหรับงานครั้งต่อไปที่ศาลากลาง

First time for me in a Hostel and these guys made sure my experience was memorable. They were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. The lounge area had a lot of chill spots, a pool table, a fussball table. At the bar I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail that was not on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated that! The metro station is right downstairs, and you have 5 stations to get to the city center, which is really helpful because in the center of the city are all the tourist attractions except Schonbrun. They have breakfast every morning and you can choose to pay 7 euros to eat. Or not. Not the best breakfast I've had but it does the job. Also, another con would be that there is no other piece of furniture in the room other then the beds. I found myself needing a chair or a small table lots of times. Overall an awesome stay! Would totally recommend! I will definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Kyriad. Everything was at our highest expectations. Hope to comeback soon, ^^
