Fairfield by Marriott Hyderabad Gachibowli

A four star hotel in Hyderabad. Room service is a bit inconvenient as they as you to pay then and there rather that when checking out at the reception. The Staff were helpful and kind. Small hotel room but clean and tidy. Basic amenities were available. Overall it’s a decent hotel.

This hotel has a 5* review and is a perfect hotel for travellers who are on business since this is near the Hitech Park in hyderabad. They have full amenities like a gym, spa, restaurant but there is only no pool. There were a few hiccups here and there but generally a great stay and comfy beds.

The rooms are good. I would like to appreciate the room service that has been very punctual and diligent with their work. Harsh Pandey and Abbas were responsible for the room cleaning and they used do an amazing job. The In-room dining facility was nice it took only 20 minutes maximum to serve any order.

Amazing and comfortable place to stay. Very near to all the corporate offices and best place to stay if you visit for work. The golf view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was complementary and was really very good. Supportive and polite staff. Special mention to Kushi for her great work and follow up for feedback.

We experience very good and helpful service for house keeping. Also staff who working for breakfast service are good. Abirul is very helpful and supportive for all kind of house keeping requests. Uma is one of the supportive staff from breakfast service.. thanks to all of you..

One of the worst properties in Hitech city . Below are my observations during the entire 6 days stay: Food ❌❌❌❌ Breakfast buffet was a mess everyday. Menu was too repetitive with very limited health friendly options. There was no salad counter/dressings available. They couldn’t even manage to get sprouts on the last 3 days. Curries served at both breakfast and dinner were very oily and extremely salty. Staff weren’t attentive to requests and ignored multiple times. Staff behaviour also felt like little unprofessional while dealing with customers. Room size ❌❌❌❌ Very tiny room with capsule style washroom which was really claustrophobic. They upgraded my room so it was better but the washroom size remained same. Cleanliness ✅✅✅ Overall cleanliness was good. Housekeeping did pretty good job keeping the rooms well maintained. Front office ❌❌❌❌ Very ignorant to requests and escalations. Did not let me talk to the general manager when i wanted to. Amenities/Facilities ❌❌❌❌ Very small size gym with limited equipment. No swimming pool in the hotel but they’ve displayed it on the google posting. There’s no area/park to walk around in this area. Shower ❌❌❌❌ Flow was really bad and it sucks whenever you’re in hurry but you can’t get enough water 🚿. TV ❌❌❌❌ Very old type Tv set had no smart features/internet connectivity to access your fav online shows.

Stay was excellent and food was delicious ambiance at jonnathan kitchen was nice and chefs are wondering cooks they prepared food accordingly to the preference of guest , miss uma , sai , ateli from jonnthan kitchen needs special mention.. appreciate...

Food was delicious, and ambiance is very great and wonderful, experience is very nice especially miss uma from Jonathan Kutch restaurant, comatose bar is place to enjoy with friends and rejuvenate your self…. Wonderful property, must appreciate all stuffs and services….
