Highly recommend! Everything was an A+…staff, food, grounds, service, rooms, and even the water pressure in the shower was incredible! To top it off, upon checkout, I was able to add to my Amex points since they accept Amex…one of the few in town who do. Thanks Nkosi and Bayete Collection for a refreshing and wonderful experience!

The place is beautiful, the proximity to the falls is very convenient. The staff, special mention to Premrose, Solomon and Adrew. The staff will take great care of you here, so accomodating and the place was very clean. Loved the personal touch given to the birthday celebration for my wife. The food and drinks are delicious. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

This is the best place to stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!! The pool was so nice to be in on the hotter days we were there. We felt safe and well supported the three days we stayed.

Rooms were beautifully decorated with everything you need. It was a nice touch that beds got turned down in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, offering a good range of choices. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Pool area is a lovely, calm place to enjoy food or a a drink.

Nikosi is one of the most fantastic places on the planet. Being from America and this being my wife and I’s first trip to Victoria Falls, we didn’t know what to expect. Amazing service to accommodate any of your requests! Clean and beautiful!

What an amazing place, spent 5 nights with large family group! Staff were incredible very friendly and professional and willing to help out and go the extra mile. Food was amazing and great portion sizes ! Rooms were roomy and very clean . Housekeepers came in every morning to clean and where very respectful of our personal belongings. It was wonderful to have mosquito/bug repellent spray and lotion available in every room. Toiletries and bath towels all great quality. The beds were very comfortable and luxurious including the single beds for kids. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning with fresh beach towels available by the pool side always. The food was excellent , breakfast was included which was a 2 course affair 😋, all staff were amazing. Special thanks to Chengetai, Solomon and Pride and the Chef whom we didn't get to meet unfortunately. Nkosi is a short distance to town and the falls . Security is on point and every room has a lockable safe . Hope to visit again one day.

We loved our stay at Nkosi Guest Lodge, a new hotel opened in January 2022 (the newest addition to the Bayete Collection). The service was excellent, with helpful front desk staff, and attentive staff at the restaurant and bar. Our roomy en-suite room had a comfy King-sized bed, with a mosquito net, shelves for luggage and hangers for clothes, with a safe for valuables, and kettle. The very large bathroom was also large, with both a nice bathtub and a large walk-in shower, including hand/body lotions, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and mosquito repellant lotion. The open-air, but covered, breakfast and dining area faces a pool with a wall waterfall and trees offering canopy, so the light sound of falling water is a nice relaxing presence at all times of day. The decking is a nice place to read, nap, or have a cocktail, and the pool is neither too warm nor too cold -- perfect for a swim before/after your day at the falls. Each room also has an outside sitting space to enjoy the nice weather. With only 24 rooms, it is very quiet and private. We highly recommend this delightful place, located in a residential area, just north to the centre of town, and about 3.5 km away from the Victoria Falls park entrance.

From the rooms, to the cuisine, to the Staff. Ever smiling and very reliable. The team is ready to assist were possible and are always jovial. Great, Peaceful and Quiet place to consider. Amazing new menu now available with tasty delicacies.

A pleasant small hotel, close to the falls by Taxi you can walk , if not too hot - Hotel was clean , kind staff . No tv or fridge in rooms , you could use the one in the bar but there is no aircon and not relaxing . Bottled water should also be provided in rooms , water is ok to drink but not recommended until you adjust - Good showers and pool area
