Good service. Reception service has improved significantly. The room were clean and comfy. Location is perfect. Centrally located.

I booked 2 room and requested for both room next to each other. But maybe because Its full, they unable to fulfill my request.
But room is spacious and Iron is available.
Ouh breakfast also available, and Its good! Will consider coming here again :)

I was assigned at 6th floor’s room which is 1 floor below the restaurant. I constantly heard the sound from the above restaurant be it pulling the chair or moving the kitchen equipments. If you are a light sleeper, please request floor that is far from restaurant. Night time can be noisy as surrounded by pubs.
I have informed the reception on my late checkout yet i still received call from the hotel staff asking what time i will be checking out.
Others are fine and staff are helpful :) foods are decent in the restaurants with variety of choice.

The location of the hotel is strategic. Surrounded by restaurants and small shops that sell beer. Near Labuan famous clubbing called Beyond 2000, Ginza and Kings. Breakfast refills are quite slow.
JUST NEED TO COMMENT ON THE ROOM SERVICE. I DIDN'T ASK FOR ROOM MAKEOVER BUT THEY JUST DO IT ANYWAY. ALL ITEMS IS NOT KEPT PROPERLY. LUCKILY NOTHING IS MISSING. PLEASE IMPROVE TOWARDS THE ROOM SERVICE REQUEST!
