Very good hotel for in town overnight stay. Free breakfast was excellent. Bed was a little springy, I prefer firm. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Waited in the 30 mins then no keys available for another 30 mins. Changed the room 3 times
Then they give me a room after 2 hours with out keys

The good: The heat in our room wasn’t working, but the staff immediately moved us to a different room which was great. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful.
The bad: Our keycard stopped working and the front desk clerk gave us a new one without asking for any identification. This is a safety issue, IMO. Also, the breakfast was not great. The bagels were stale, the muffins were still very cold, almost frozen. But the breakfast area was very clean and pleasant.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean but there was a terrible musty /drain smell in the room .

Bathrooms need updating badly—it’s not the size or the aesthetics. The bathroom fixtures were cheap, run down, in disrepair—the shower drain was badly clogged and the toilet ran all day and night.

The receptionist was great. Everything else not so much. Terrible mattresses and chintzy linens. Tiny bathroom with cheap fixtures. Worn and shabby furniture. Hallway smelled. Not ever booking at any Quality Inn again.
