The front access on sidewalk was partially block when I was there. Renovation street project ongoing. The steps up to elevator makes accessibility less easy. Share bathroom is well kept.

The day I arrived at Verona was disastrous; eventually reached the facility gate after 10pm, much later than the 2pm anticipated. The manager was able to settle me in by remote instructions. He creatively went around the "lack of communication channels" by being flexible in using his cyber resources. Very grateful for him being so accommodating. My three days at the Cittadella was peacefully pleasant and had two wonderful evenings at the Arena.

Okay hotel, close to the center, accommodating staff

My friend and I booked the only ensuite room we could find on *******. We arranged for the check-in at 2pm, when we arrived the room was not ensuite and we had to share 2 bathrooms with 4 rooms. While asking to get the ensuite,we heard moaning from one room, and there was one creepy male customer hanging out in the corridor, which as 2 females in their 30s we didn't feel comfortable with. Mind me ,if we had got our own bathroom we wouldn't have cared. The ensuite room was not available, so we wanted to cancel. The policy on ******* was free cancellation before 12pm, and after that it was up to the property. The staff was very kind and understanding, she tried to call the manager who didn't want to hear about it and didn't want to refound anything. I don't know what happened to our booking as I'm 200% sure I booked the right room,maybe a technical issue. Either way there was no way we would stay there. Extremely disappointed by the management because the location was great and the hotel looked clean.
