Stop for the night after visiting friends at vero beach for the day. Was pleasantly surprised at the great stop we choose. Clean comfy friendly staff, felt safe on property, great swimming pool and patio area unheated pool but it was hot out so nice and refreshing , free hot breakfast in morning. Definitely will be back next time in area.

One of the beds was uncomfortable and the pool was not heated, it was too cold to swim in. Otherwise, it is a good motel.

The rooms were dirty, moldy and smelly. Rust in tubs , fixtures not secured to walls. This property needs work to get it decent.

The property is well taken care except for bathroom door which had water damage and needs replacing. We were surprised at the spaciousness and location of our room. We’ll gladly return for another trip & wonderful breakfast that was prepared.

The property is obviously slowly being renovated to make it more attractive. My room had beautiful new floors, comfortable beds and a rather old, rusty, dented bathtub. The pool and surrounding area were lovely, though the pool was unheated and rather cool. The breakfast buffet was good, though the food was at varying degrees of hotness. I arrived early and was denied early check-in, even though I was told rooms were available. The clerk said the computer would charge an early check-in fee and she either couldn't, or didn't want, to override that. One of the people working at the buffet showed obvious frustration that items hadn't been ordered by a coworker, and she was also unhappy with the way guests were piling their dirty dishes. The location was convenient, and close to the highway, though it was a twenty minute drive to the beach. Overall, a pleasant stay for a reasonable price.
