Check in took a bit as the was a boys hockey teams checking in as well. No worries. Had to request new towels as ours had handprints, toothpaste residue and were very grey for a "white" towel. The water temperature control knob in the tub/shower was broken and needed to be replaced, so unable to shower first morning as water was scalding hot. Towel rack above toilet fell off wall when pulling towel off, requires tightening or replacing. No stopper for the bathroom sink.

Positive is the staff was very friendly. However, beds were so uncomfortable, bedding had stains, bathtub was dirty, and room just overall felt grimy. I would never choose to stay here again. Like I said the staff was friendly and welcoming. They really need to work on cleanliness to make the guest feel at home.

Rooms were clean but had a metal floor divider sticking up between the sleeping area and bathroom. Did not access most of the facility amenities staff when seen where accommodating and friendly

Our hotel stay was very good. The room was spacious with a desk, fridge, coffee and microwave. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean, quiet and very close to food and shopping. The breakfast included was ok.

Check in was terrible and she charged half our party wrong for their room. The room had a weird smell and was not the most clean. The bed had a white substance all over the duvet (lint I hope). It also had some small stains on it… overall is outdated, barely clean and not something to be excited about by any means.

Older property, fine for the price, the area felt very commercial/industrial. Staff was excellent, very helpful, they went out of their way to help me with one item.
