The hotel was the perfect location. Extremely clean! My room was small, but very comfortable. It was perfect for a solo trip to Venezia for a few days.

There is a world where this property gets all top marks! We do not live in that world! There is a world where the view we paid so much for was not blocked by Bernard Arnault's me***acht the entire time (there is a huge yacht dock right in front of the hotel so its a dice roll if you'll see anything other than a large ship which is not as cool as it sounds when it's blocking your view of anything else.) There is a world where our shower wasn't already clogged and there is a world where they fixed it instead of giving us more towels to put down on the floor. There is a world where the advertised air conditioning actually worked and our room was not literally 80f (26.5c). Sadly, we do not live in that world. Sadly we had no view, a wet floor, a sweaty bed and a much lighter wallet by the end of it.
