This hotel felt like you were staying at a castle, the staff was amazing, the restaurant was great for breakfast. We had a junior suite on the second floor with a canal view, and it was wonderful to look at all the boats going by in the morning, it wasn’t loud.

Outstanding hotel top to bottom. Location is perfection - right next to the Ca’Rezzonico vaporetto stop, which is on the Orange line and a very easy trip from the airport. The hotel has a stunning canal-facing front patio where you can have breakfast or relax. We were able to have a cappuccino on the patio while we waited for our room to be ready, which they generously let us check into relatively early. Hotel is beautiful inside. Rooms are comfortable with every amenity. Staff were truly kind, helpful and accommodating. I will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Venice.

Only one pillow per person was provided. Shower was confusing to use (overhead, hand held, foot washer, 6 side sprayers) difficult to shut off. But we thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. Would definitely use them again. We enjoyed the birds singing every morning.

The entire A to Z experience was remarkable. We were in desperate need of some down time and even though we only stayed for a couple of days, it was a spectacular visit, the friendliest and most helpful staff. God willing, we will be back and look forward to our next visit.

Wow what a place! Old world charm and great location combined. Tougher walk then expected with luggage from th bus station but we got there. Room was just what we wanted/needed. Location was close to all the sites. They offered a free boat to Murano but it involves. Required factory tour— we did it and had no complaints as the boat ride was amazing! Check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating!

Amazing week yet again at the Palazzo. We visit Venice on an annual pilgrimage and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The location is spectacular, the rooms superb and the staff the best. Looking forward to next year already! We strongly recommend this hotel (though not too strongly just in case it gets too busy!).

We have stayed here many times before & it never disappoints.fantastic staff-lovely room & ,as always the best terrace on the Grand Canal We shall definitely be going back - as a couple or friends/family Dorsoduro is a quieter more ‘local’ feeling area with great restaurants

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location. Spectacular service. Nice local restaurants around. Super nice rooms. Water Bus stop right at the hotel. If you go to venice… check this hotel. Our experience was very nice and would consider to stay again.

Wonderful hotel - nice rooms, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a great location (just next to a Vaparetto stop, and also close to some lovely bars and restaurants). Whenever we needed a recommendation for how to get somewhere, or a restaurant in a specific area, the front desk staff had great recommendations. I will be returning!
