It was a great experience at Taj Nadesar Palace . They properly crafted everything for our special occasion and made it more beautiful . Shubham Tiwari and chef Brijesh Patel helped us in selecting our menu and it was perfect for the occasion .

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff of the hotel were very much involved in making their guests comfortable. The dining experience was one of a kind, thanks to Mr Shubham at the restaurant.The staff at the palace made us feel like the Royal family and took care of us with utmost warmth.

Our stay in the hotel was spectacular. All the staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Specially Shubham, it was a pleasure meeting you. Thank you for making our stay in Varanasi and in India memorable. We will never forget these days.

The staff was amazing, specially at the restaurant. Shubbam made us feel like home evey time we arrived from the city. Vikas and Harsh were very attentive. Food from chefs Rohit, Sumit and Brijesh was exceptional. Would come back any time, the rooms where allways nice and tidy. At reception we were cared for anything we needed, specially for us to have a pleasant stay. Shout out to the guards on the entrance allways doing a good job.

I honestly don't know where to begin to sing the praises of a stay at the Nadesar Palace in Varanasi. Firstly, we were greeted warmly with beautiful hand made beaded necklaces made from the mud of the Ganges River, as well as yummy treats and a drink. Mr. Piyush the rooms ***ager, was kind enough to upgrade us from a palace room to a historical suite. which was beyond beautiful, plus access to a beautiful outdoor veranda where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful weather and views of the gorgeous property. For our last night, he went even one step further and upgraded us to the Royal suite! You can only imagine what a treat that was. In addition to the beautiful gorgeously decorated palatial home that this hotel is in, it's the people who work there that really impress. The front desk people are always happy to help you with whatever you may need or want. The staff in the dining room, both inside and the magnificent outdoor dining terrace, deliver professional and warm service by Ganesh, Mukesh and Subhash, ***** with others that I don't remember their names, so please forgive me. They brought us delicious food, cooked to our preference , ***** with treats to try that we didn't even order. Everyone wants you as their guest, to have the best experience of everything that the hotel has to offer. I must also mention the *** who took care of our room was wonderful, I can't remember his name. He brought us a foot bath in the evening when we returned from an evening tour of the Aarti Ceremony ***** the Ganges, filled with rose petals and salts . It was a very welcome touch that we really enjoyed. His graciousness and kindness added up to superior hospitality. Lastly, I must mention there is a very nice *** who gives you a carriage ride in an antique carriage around the beautiful property, explaining all the history of the property, as well as point out the various types of beautiful trees you see ***** the ride. He was also eager to take photos of us so we would have a nice memory of his tour. One more thing, the spa is really special, located in luxury tents on the property. I had the best massage and reflexology I ever had, I feel so awful that I can't remember my therapist name, but she's the reflexology specialist. My husband also loved his massages with the only male therapist there, please forgive my memory for the names. All I can say it is a special treat to be able to stay at the Nadesar Palace. It's a special place with exceptional service , provided by the entire staff who is both professional and friendly and warm, all at the same time! We also received a parting gift of a piece of delicious chocolate cake, with the words, See You Soon, written in chocolate. In addition, another gift of a beautiful silk tie for my husband and cuff links, as well as a beautiful silk scarf for me, because Varanasi is known for its silks. I can't thank everyone enough for giving us such a memorable and wonderful experience there.

Where to start? This place was absolute heaven! The staff really made it extra special, they were all so welcoming and kind, special mention to the following staff members: Shubham, Subhash, Harsh, Ganesh, Rohit Chef, Anuradha, Binod, Chef Brijesh, Sumit and Akash. They all made my birthday so lovely and left little surprises in my room. The food and drinks were delicious, the room so comfy, so much space etc. The actual hotel itself is stunning and so peaceful. Could not fault this hotel in any way! Can't wait to come back!
