Hotel Surya, Kaiser Palace

Location is good in hotels area, breakfast is average. Rooms are not so clean.

Very helpful personnel, great restaurant.

The Hotel Facade is very nice. location near all the big hotels in Cantonment area is good too. However the upkeep of the hotel is very bad. You get hundreds of 🦟 mosquitoes free in the room and washroom. Rooms have mosquitoes instead of paintings . This ruined the experience of a heritage building which also a nice garden . Swimming pool is in the open and looks nice. The fountains have foul smelling water.

Surya hotel in Varanasi has been my favourite place to stay while on business or leisure for ***y years. What makes it very different from all other hotels is its serne setting with an excellent garden, topped up with the heritage look of the canton restaurant building. Its a mini resort amongst the concrete and busy neighborhood. Rooms are spacious clean and so are the washrooms. The staff is very welcoming and they make you feel at home everyime. Mr Ajay Mishra is a fantastic person, I try not to miss meeting him every time I stay at Surya. Of late the hotel has renovated the top floor making the rooms even more comfortable. I never miss an opportunity to stay at Surya and that part of the stay rejuvenates me. Thank you Surya and keep doing the excellent work.

Absolutely amazing experience of stay and food. Very neat and clean property with very helpful staff. Food served was fresh and had a wide range of variety. We stayed in a suite which was duplex and was very beautiful. Most recommend property if you want to stay in varansi.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Surya Kaiser. We had booked vehicle from hotel for site seeing and driver Rajesh was very good and showed us all important places. Food was very good also. Hotel having lot of multicusin varieties. Staff is very cooperative.

Our Family had a great time here in Varanasi travelling . Mr. Deepak RDM helped us a lot in staying with the best comfort in one of the best hotels facilities available in varanasi . Highly recommend 👌. It was a great experience. Great facilities and ***agement.

Hotel Surya is just 5 km from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and has all the facilities like restaurants, swimming pool, car services and musical entertainment during weekends. Unfortunately there were construction going on during our stay and the loud noises and paint smell made it a bit irritating. It has big restaurants and a bar which gets quite crowded during weekends. The food is very good and they prepare as per your likings. We specially would want to compliment the F & B ***ager, Mr. Ravi Gupta who paid personal attention to our requirements and took care of us specially. His attitude and customer services are a asset to the hotel. The Cafeteria team were very efficient and hardworking and try to keep the ever de***ding guests happy with their services. We were also happy with the housekeeping services who did a great job. Special thanks to all the drivers under their able ***ager of Mr. Shailendra Singh who apart from driving you to your destination will enlighten you with the rich history of the places and also act a guide and help you with all the darshans. This is one aspect which the property has which makes it unique and very helpful. The one major issue this property has is the mosquitoes. Even with fogging the pests are present at all times. The evenings of weekends have musical perfor***ces in the lawns which is a very beautiful experience but we could sit in that area even for one minute. Some serious pest control needs to be done

We booked Hotel Surya by looking at the room and other pics they posted on their website n other booking platforms. In reality it was all different. The rooms were poorly maintained and was full of Mosquitoes. Had to kill at least 20 of them before going to bed. During my 2 nights stay, they did not clean my room even once. When I complained they came to clean at night around 9pm. But I refused as it was late n I had to go to bed. All in all its worst experience n I would recommend not to stay in this hotel.
