Fern Residency is located in a peaceful area, and the staff are courteous, generous, and supportive. Ms. Deeksha Gupta, the hostess, was particularly attentive to our food needs. The place is well maintained, clean but a bit far from city.

I had visited at Fern Residency Hotel with my family and excellent service given by Ms Diksha Gupta and staff. Good was awesome. Always prefer to visit fern residency for my all the visits person as well as official. Rooms as specious and value for money.

Diksha Gupta was really very helpful and pleasent girl as my Parent were not able toh serve themselves she helped them a lot. Also all the facilities were amazing and awesome to help us and guide us gracefully and with decipline thanks all the staff

Hotel is very good, Rooms are clean, well maintained. Hotel Staff are very cordial, responsive and helpful. We stayed with family ans our experience was very good. We would like to revisit. Restaurant is good, food is awesome. Hygiene level is very good.

The hotel was great. The rooms and the bathrooms were big. Always had hot water no matter what time of the day it was. The only downfall was that the extra bed we got wasn’t soft and was very hard but other than that everything was great. The restaurant and the food was very tasty. Ms Gupta was a great host at the hotel restaurant and looked out for all our needs. They entire staff ant the restaurant were very accommodating. They even made dishes for us that wasn’t on the menu because mom wanted something else. The hotel, staff, & restaurant was amazing. I would def come back again and stay here.

Food quality is very delicious and all staff are so helpful and good nature.restaurant is very clean and good lighting place.most of all mam diksha gupta on hot stage.most of all puri bhaji is very delicious of this restaurant.room service is very good location and place are peaceful

A wonderfull day with a awesome breakfast. Varanasi, a place to visit and Fern a place to stay. Meals are good and have the authentic taste. A decent and peacefull place to stay. Nice environment. Diksha gupta, the lady to meet and a very sober staff.

Good, spacious rooms, loaded with amenities. Breakfast had wide options. Diksha Gupta from restaurant made us comfortable. Service and hospitality is 5 ⭐ Location- Good. Cons: Bathroom water logging was an issue. Didn't bother to complain, since mine was only a night stay .
