Good staff members faculties are best in prise. Staff are truly corprate with coustumer specialy harish bhai good ***. Room is very clean and specific. Food quality is very good. Location in the main place in varanasi. All staff is very good. And nic.

Hotel location was good but the service and room service are not as per rate. Even they were charging extra amount for extra bed whose payment was already considered at the time of booking. I don’t have any images for now. What about 5% discounts? how

The place was a little hard to find, not on main road, but display at the side of road helped. The staff was brilliant, full stars to them, hygiene was good but could be improved as i found a bug in bed, used dishes were just lying on tables in corridor! ac flap was broken so had to deal with either too cold or no ac, so that, staff helped in early checkout and keeping the luggage safe as 2 hours late check up will take charges of whole day. Overall it was a good experience
