all empl,oyees showed very good manner, very fast check out.
it is a more than 100 years hotel which location beside the beach, but to reach the front desk we have to lift our baggages 3 steps,
a bit inconvenient, but fortunately there are 2 elevators to lift our things, it will be a very good hotel if it can undergo a renovation.

호텔 바로 앞이 바다에요!
옆으로 조금만 걸어가면 스탠리 파크이고요.
산책하는 사람들, 자전거 타는 사람들, 여유로워 보이는 사람들이 많습니다.
호텔은 오래되어 시설은 노후하나 직원들 모두가 친절합니다!

What an incredible surprise! What a beautiful room with exposed beams, well decorated, great mattress, hot shower. Restaurant food was top notch. Staff was kind and ready to serve. Special call out to housekeeping which went the extra mile in providing timely service. Check-in and check-out was prompt. And the location was perfect. Close to great takeout restaurants, Starbucks, beach, etc.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Quiet area with gorgeous English Bay views. Walking to shopping and dining with excellent restaurant in house. Ron was small but comfortable, clean and quiet.
Thoughtfully enjoyable stay.

The Sylvia is a great place to stay in Vancouver. The hotel restaurant is very good and the area is walkable and English Bay and the beach are just steps away.

The feel of a historic hotel yet very comfortable. Location is ideal - just walk across the road and you’re at the sea wall. Staff was exceptional. Will definitely return.
