Still a very good hotel. Been here in the past , summer and winter, and the food and customer service is still the top. A family business who will take care of you from top to toe. Great food and nice rooms with the bus (ski bus too) which stops outside the hotel door. Amazing

We had a lovely stay at the family-run Hotel Kronplatz! The food was absolutely AMAZING! Their chef, Vincenzo, is fantastic!!! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Wellness centre is OK (not as good as others we've experienced, but adequate). It's a great pity that one has to PAY to use bathrobes for the wellness, though. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, which is very convenient, but only comes around every 30 min which is a bit too infrequent for our liking (but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself). All in all a pleasant experience. Would recommend it!

We booked a day before our arrival and they were very fast to service us. The family owners are very kind and keen eye for service. Our suite with balcony was just fine and breakfast and dinner was good. Had a nice stay and good access to skiing slopes. Thanks for our holiday!

Sono stata in questo hotel con mio marito e mia figlia nella stanza dolomiti, grande e con ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile, bagno enorme e riscaldato. Spazi comuni ben curati e cortesia del proprietario Diter sempre disponibile e molto alla mano. Spa piccola ma curata. Ma la differenza la fa la cucina ... cene sempre diverse curate nella presentazione e deliziose, cortesia del personale di sala unica. Sicuramente se torneremo a Plan, verremo qui!

Ho trascorso una bella settimana in questo piccolo albergo a conduzione familiare; ho fruito di una camera quadrupla spaziosa, con un grande bagno ben riscaldato. Note positive: A) un buon rapporto qualità prezzo a fronte di preventivi per lo stesso periodo impresentabili da parte di altre strutture anche nella stessa località di montagna; B) lo skibus ferma innanzi alla porta di ingresso dell’hotel; C) la pulizia dei locali e della stanza ad un buon livello; D) la disponibilità ed il sacrificio dei proprietari e gestori senza limiti. Note negative: la zona benessere da perfezionare come organizzazione e temperatura degli spazi comuni (alcuni un po’ freddi); colazione poco varia e senza frutta; cena con piatti mediamente non buoni con l’eccezione delle pietanze di carne di maiale e manzo; le tariffe al bar dell’hotel hanno bisogno di una revisione (non si può chiedere 1,80 euro per un bicchiere d’acqua). Complessivamente una buona permanenza

Struttura curata e accogliente. Comodo ai servizi, il bus per le piste ha una fermata davanti all' hotel. Buona cucina. Proprietario simpatico, gentile e prodigo di consigli essendo la nostra prima volta in zona.

Siamo stati in questo hotel 3 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel si trova in un paesino molto carino ed è comodo per le varie escursioni nella zona e alle località piu importanti. I proprietari sono molto gentili, disponibili e molto attenti alĺe esigenze della clientela. Ottime colazioni e cene, varie e con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Servizio accurato. Camere spaziose, ben arredate, pulite. Letti comodi e cuscini "coccolosi". Consigliatissimo.

Très très déçus . Les propriétaires sont désagréables et ne nous ont accordés aucune attention. Le hall de l hôtel est rempli des choses à vendre, et des fauteuils sont alignés le long du mur, très laid . Une seul clef de chambre pour 2 , on ne nous a pas donné de cartes pour l espace bien être. On nous a appelé à 20h10 car nous n étions pas descendu pour le diner( max 20h) Notre chambre avait une vue sur le mur et ne valait absolument pas 200 euros par nuit Quand la porte fenêtre était ouverte , il n était plus possible de se coucher dans le lit . Balcon sale et vue sur les serviettes des voisins étendues sur leur balcon Petit dej avec des produits industriels. Nous sommes partis plus tôt pour des raisons de santé , aucune attention.

Die Zimmer & Bad sind ok, jedoch sehr sauber. Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr enttäuscht von der gesamten Anlage, da alles etwas ungepflegt war, der Garten, die Liegen, und auch der Balkon mit Stühlen. Die Pflegeartikel zum Duschen sind einfache Seife im Spender … Auch waren wir vom Essen (a la Cart) sehr enttäuscht. Die Qualität entspricht nicht dem Preis. Das Frühstück ist ok , aber nichts besonderes. Wir waren schon sehr oft in der Gegend und haben in viel angenehmeren Hotels übernachtet . Der Wellness Bereich ist prima - 2 Saunen, Infrarot-Kabine, Dampfbad. Allerdings fehlt im Ruheraum eine angenehme Atmosphäre, z.b. Angebot von Tee,…Man könnte viel mehr aus dem Hotel machen! Eventuell fehlt auch Personal. Das Personal und der Chef ist sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch wirkten sie auch während der Hochsaison sehr überlastet. Alles in allem würden wir derzeit das Hotel im jetzigen Zustand mit diesem Preis nicht weiterempfehlen. Aber vielleicht tut sich ja was….
