Very nice hotel with good service

I had an incredible experience at this place. The staff were extremely cooperative and friendly, always ready to help and make my stay comfortable. The food was delicious and left me craving for more, while the spacious and elegantly decorated rooms provided the perfect ambience for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Had the best experience so far in any Hilton hotel. Being an NRI i never expected Indian hospitality to be this good. They truly lived up to that “Indian hospitality” tag. The best part was, they arranged special food dish and bedding arrangement for my 6 months old.

I really enjoyed my stay special thanks to Mr Shivam for providing me the best possible room and he provided me with all the assistance required during my stay in Varanasi. He is a great staff and because of him I will definitely visit again .In hotel rooms are spacious neat and clean atmosphere very nice swimming pool and the buffet breakfast was just exceptional.Full marks to the Hilton team would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I visited this Hotel with my mother in April 2024 during my vacation. Varanasi has always been on my hit list and my agent had booked this hotel for me and with it be a Hilton hotel I had very high expectations. This hotel met my expectations more than what I had and all I can say is that this is an exquisite and comfortable. When I entered, I was received by the staff there and a Rudraksh was put around my neck. At reception I sat down, and a refreshing drink was bought for me and my mum. The check-in process was efficient. We arrived at the hotel before check in time however ***ager Mr. Atul met with us and assisted us with our requirement and upgrade our room to higher category. Check-in process was quick and smooth Thank you Swarnow & Arjun. When we entered the room all I can say is I thought it was bright and well appointed. It had everything that we would need and efficiently appointed with everything we needed, hence we did not need to call for anything extra. The housekeeping staff Satish was extremely attentive and ensured the room was cleaned and maintained well. The Turn Down service was also efficient. As I was there for a celebration, they had decorated the room well and surprise us with cake in the room. Also, breakfast was exquisite and tasty. They had everything that I needed from choice and spread of food from Indian to western. In addition, they had an Indian live counter which they were able to serve traditional south Indian dishes. Juices were made fresh, and the Masala Tea was tasty. Everyone in the restaurant were so attentive and I could see they cared for their guests, and they kept coming to see if I was ok. On the day of our checkout, they even came and asked if we would like anything packing to take with us for the road, which was an added special touch. I like this hotel so much that I am intending to visit Varanasi again just to be able to spend more time at the hotel and see more sites in Varanasi.

Visited Varanasi in the first week for April with my parents and my wife's parents all of them in their mid to late seventies. I was a little tensed considering the care and the requirements of the elders but Hilton Varanasi did a fantastic job and things went better than planned. - To start with Mr. Atul at the Lobby was extremely welcoming. He makes sure the rooms were nearby and closer to the elevators so that the elders do not have to walk much. He kept on checking on us during the stay. Also during our checkout everything was ready and it just took a minute. - The breakfast, the team was incredibly patient and forthcoming considering the dietary requirements of the elders. Team was making sure things were served fresh and hot. * The floor person assured us for room cleaning during our absence so we can and take rest. The place otherwise is also very large and quiet, with good amenities. A larger room would have surely made things better, but all in all a great experience. Would likely stay here whenever we are in Varanasi next.

I went with my parents to visit Kashi Temple at that time I stay in hotel. Hotel is worth to spent money for ..Hotel Facilities are nice and staff is really active who take care of any concern.... They provide tourist guide (Ashish Gupta)who is very professional and nice person.He will take care of your personal space and give relevant information during ganga Dham tour... It is worth to visit Hotel and take tour with hotel guide ...

Nice ambience food and hospitality Special thanks to monu ji and nitesh ji for there excellent hospitality .... excellent experience....nice to kids. Desserts were great....monu ji very kind and humble person..and knows how to deal the customer....
