I've seen this hotel constantly decline over the last 2-3 years. It seems like they have a lot of rooms, but the "good" rooms are only a few, and most of the time you risk having a worn-down, dirty room. Restaurant looks nice, but last visit, 2 colleagues had a food poisoning and were sick for 2 days. I met with a colleague in my room to prepare for a presentation, and the receptionist made a remark about "that person they saw on the cameras who came to my room" - incredible, apparently they are monitoring their guests. The only thing that didn't seem to decline is the arrogance of the reception. My company booked here multiple times for our employees visiting Utrecht, but now we'll have to find a better alternative in the city center. Even the parking space is overpriced.

Stayed at one of the suites (Havanna suite) . As a price for one night was 400 euro I had quite high expectations , and immediately after arriving I had a disappoin**ent. * 4 of the blinds was broken and it was not possible to open them. * the led fireplace was broken ( at the reception I was informed that there was a part missing and it is indeed not working) * Dirty stains on the walls. * Suite haven't been good maintained. Receptionist told me that the manager will be informed immediately and they will get back to me via my email but they never did.

Very lovely hotel outskirts of Utrecht. Here for business. Room was spacious and modern with very large two person tub and separate shower. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Front desk staff very helpful. A very pleasant stay overall though Iit would have bern been nicer to be close to centercity.

Coming to Utrecht for a conference, I had arrangements at Van see Valk Hotel Utrecht for my stay. First impressions were delightful. I was greeted properly and my room arrangements were discussed. Upon arrival, the room was clean and clearly well cared for. The on-site bar and restaurant served wonderfully prepared dishes. Overall, a relaxing experience - easily recommended for a return visit.
