We booked the vacation package and the kids loved the hotel and Beauty and the Beast themed room, along with all the perks eg early access into the two parks (Disneyland and Disneysea), priority access, unlimited drinks etc. Disneyland and monorail just at the doorstep. The kids also had a makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and the experience was good. We prefer the experience at Disney World at Florida though as princesses come to greet the girls. The one in Japan comparatively was much simpler. Overall, it was ok. Must also add that staff quality and guest services at Disneyland hotel is really a notch better than our experience at the Ambassador hotel. Staff are more well trained and effective at service delivery. Thumbs up for Disneyland Hotel!

コンシェルジュルームに泊まりました。ラウンジが利用でき、ラウンジでチェックインができました。軽食や、夜にはアルコールも無料でいただけて、とても贅沢な時間です。朝食もついており、ビュッフェをいただきました。ガーデンレストランは種類も多く大満足です。チェックアウトの時間もゆっくりできて嬉しいです。 リゾートラインのパスがつかなくなっていたのが少し残念でしたが、舞浜駅やイクスピアリにも歩いて行ける距離ではあります。

Nice but crowded hotel. Literally locate at front entrance of Disneyland so no complaints if you wanna go to Disneyland. Check in a bit chaotic considering number of visitors, which is alright as for sure every hotel needs some time to ramp up after the covid.

ルームサービスを頼んだり、荷物を持ってきて室内に入る際も、そのまま靴のまま入ってきた。 コロナ禍に限らず、ビジネスホテルですらドアで靴を脱いで入ってくるか、中には入らないとしているホテルが多い中、対応が悪いのではと考えさせられる。 ルームサービスで子供用のお子様プレートにのってたパンが固かった事を、配膳しに来た人に伝えたが、その場だけで終わり、伝達もされて無さそうだった。 サービスを大事にしてるホテルだからこそ、伝達が必要ではないのか？ 他にも色々とあったが、昨年はコロナでキャンセルしたが、久しぶりに宿泊して、品格が落ちたのか？残念だった。 わざわざ、ディズニーにホテルに泊まる魅力が無いと感じた。

女子4人で利用しました。ベッドが3つしかないと思ったら、1人はまさかのトランドルベッドでした、、ベッドというより分厚いマットレスの上に寝ている感覚でした。これで1人23000円は割高に感じます。大人4名はおすすめしません。

Only way to go if you are doing Disneyland. We stayed in the Beauty and Beast massive suite. Our daughter loved it. Early access to the park is a plus. We got to do a few extra things without waiting. The vacation package is worth spending the money. Some rides had a 2.5 hr wait, with the priority pass, we walked to the front of the queue each time. Not cheap, but if you are going to do it, this is the way to go. We even came back, had a glass of bubbles and a nap at lunchtime before going again in the afternoon.

Stay was good! Location is perfect! We stayed in the Beauty and the beast suite and the room was massive… expensive BUT massive! View was great also since you could see the fireworks at night. Location to disneyland park was like 100meters away. VERY VERY near! Staff were also great!

2 nights stay at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. Expensive but well worth it. Extremely convenient location to Tokyo Disneyland, and is also near the Maihama station. Early access passes given to hotel guests are a huge plus point. The room itself is very Disney-themed as expected. As Disney fans, we love it. Check out was also convenient - we opted for the option to leave our packed bags in the room and then collected it from the bell desk when we finished our time at the park.

We stayed in a Beauty and the Beast room. It was lovely, and you can’t beat the location for Tokyo Disneyland. If you are changing hotels in Tokyo Bay they will send your bags for you. You can also drop your bags off at the welcome centre at the Maihama Station if you want to go straight to the park.
