An excellent hotel in a wonderful location The staff are terrific and treat you like a friend as well as a guest...... could not fault it. Excellent breakfast included Dinner in the restaurant at night excellent not cheap but very fairly priced, service and staff par excellence Top place Lovely outdoor eating area and a grassy outdoor bar with light snacks with views of mountain and lake Ferry landing in hotel grounds with free pass into interlaken and return Loved every moment of 10 day stay Free parking at the door 13 out of 10

This hotel located right on the beach of Thun lake and got own pier for sightseeing boat. Bus 21 also come hourly. Parking was free and spacious. Food was delicious. Our room #3 is at the corner and got excellent view. Bed in room 3 was also comfortable. Plugs are different from other part of Switzerland but reception lend us chargers. All the staff are nice and the lady from reception called Suzanne was very helpful.

El hotel es sencillo, pero está todo limpio y bien curioso. Camas cómodas, wifi perfecto, parking en la puerta y desayuno muy completo. El complejo es un remanso de paz y los paseos junto al lago son un auténtico placer. Es necesario disponer de coche pero sin duda volvería al hotel, no tiene grandes lujos pero es más que correcto.

➕ L endroit est très joli. De bons petits déjeuners. Personnel gentil. ➖ Nous dormions dans le bâtiment de la réception. Très mal insonorisé. On entendait le vibreur du téléphone dans la chambre d'à côté, quand des personnes se levaient la nuit pour aller aux WC les voix sans qu'ils ne crient [simples discussions] ou lorsqu'ils prenaient une douche. Matelas très mous et oreillers médiocres.

Difficile d'être plus mal reçu, 8h15 assise à une table libre après 5mn une responsable vient déposer un "réserver devant mon nez sans un mot, j'interpelle une serveuse et lui demande si il est possible de boire un café, elle demande à la "cheffe" qui lui dit oui mais d'une manière si désagréable que je suis partie sans attendre mon café, de loin pas la première mais assurément ma dernière visite

Cesarsalat mit sehr wenig Pouletstücken, dafür mit Bergen von geröstetem Brot. Salatsauce aus industrieller Produktion und Brot serviert in Plastiksäcken. Manch eine Betriebskantine kann das besser. Auf Gourmetniveau waren die Preise…
