Key card readers didn’t work at one entrance. No wash cloths in room. Swimming pool not heated. Other than that it was okay.

The room was just really filthy. Boogers wiped on the walls. Body fluids on the mattress protector. Everything was dusty. The heater didn’t work either. The management had the cleaning staff re-clean the room and gave me a discount, but it was awful to have to experience that. After they cleaned the room, they didn’t even remember to give me a new top sheet. If there had been other hotels with vacancies I would have been out of there. And most of the exterior doors were malfunctioning so I had to use a door where I had to walk a really long distance to reach the room. I’ve never left a bad review before, but this place earned it.

Set the air unit in the room at 60 and was hotter than you know what, kept turning it down and didn't improve. Breakfast room was out of some of the food both times we went down to try to get something to eat, gave up and went out for breakfast.

I stayed 2 night and had to add 2 extra night .. let me stay in the same room the house keeping ladies were kind. Clean room . The over night gal was super nice

The employees were very pleasant. Especially the employee that works nights- she was very kind & polite. When i checked in she did everything with a smile, very welcoming environment.

While the staff were kind and helpful the facilities are abhorrent. The AC is moldy and I assume in an attempt to cover that smell a cloying cleaner/perfume has been shoved in the vents w/cotton. The bed spread had a burn hole, the pool was closed, and folks were loud all night. Perhaps I got what I paid for, but I left early and will never return.
