不推薦中國人入住
1. 酒店前台check in的時間超過了40分鐘，是在蘭卡入住效率最低的店，疑似給後來的白人先辦理check in且來回要求簽字文件和帶領去房間又回前台，體驗極差。
2. 酒店雖然配了除濕機，但是本次行程入住9家hotel裏最潮濕的一家，同行小夥伴爆發急性濕疹。自帶的床單躺上去就是潮的
3. 電源插銷不合理，床頭左側沒有，近點的衹有小桌子上有一個電源插座，其次就是對面電視下方了。

避雷！！！千萬不要住這家酒店，在斯里蘭卡9天住的最差的酒店，沒有之一。
每年都會出去旅行，預訂的酒店近50家，頭一次給差評！
優點：
房間大，海景還不錯。
缺點：
1. 房間潮濕陰冷，屋子一股發黴味道，床單很潮濕。由於房間潮濕導致屋子很冷，跟地窖一樣，晚上睡覺穿的長袖衞衣還被凍醒，又冷又濕，太難受了，蘭卡接近30度的氣温，不開空調的情況下都能被凍着，也是服了。
2.入住需要佩戴手環，手環是塑料的，挺鋒利，而且摘不下來，很容易傷到自己，我晚上睡覺就被自己劃傷好幾次。
3.馬桶有一股説不上來的味道，噁心到了，讓服務生打掃後也沒用，還噴了一屋子清新劑，薰死了。
4.房間潮濕導致紙巾都是濕了，發黴沒法使用。
5.酒店沒有當地特色，土不啦嘰的，人巨多，海灘全是人，混亂不堪，擺滿了躺椅，海上全是漁船，海里全是當地人，下餃子一樣，沙灘毛巾需要出示酒店的卡片才能換到，否則收費，間接説明沙灘混亂，什麼人都有。
6.酒店預訂不是攜程自己，是攜程通過代理訂的，出問題解決非常麻煩，而且酒店服務巨差，反應多次問題都不能解決，堅決不給退房，最終我們提前離店，房費不要了，住的太難受糟心。

We came on the 16th , stayed in room 1001 and left on the 19th which is today. Starting off with the atmosphere it was really nice . The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff were very hospitable and generous especially Mr. Aslam , Tharindu, Maduka , Dharshana and Hiruni. The food was delicious . The view point of this resort is absolutely breathtaking. We had a great time . Thus , we'll be looking forward to visit Araliya Beach Resort & Spa

We had an amazing stay in araliya resort and spa unawatuna! Hotel is very modern, great facilities and makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The check in was super smooth. We arrived much earlier, but the hotel quickly found a free room. Raj at the front office was very welcoming and helped us in all matters. We thank you! The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were very good. Everything in the hotel is close together and it is very easy to reach everything. The hotel has a good jewellery store, where they make good discounts. What we loved the most was animation team and the atmosphere they made. Special thanks to Malan for the morning yoga on the beach. You are amazing! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday so wonderful. Would recommend this hotel👍🏻

Absolutely breathe taking view Facilities are good Room is good But the staff attitude is bad From the reception to the Resturant most of the staff members have some kind of attitude Only person that I highly recommend is Mr Aslam assiatant Resturant manager He gave such a wonderful service Hotel should hire these kind of people

We spent here 2 weeks, it was good time with family. Thanks to all staff of the hotel. Rooms were cleaning, food was not ideal for us (many Indian dishes) but always was something in European style. Big thanks to the sport team! Kids played tennis, volleyball, badminton. We visited gym, all instructors were professional, supportive and friendly. Special thanks to Vashanti.

Myself, my Amma & Mama spent the most fabulous 3 days at Araliya Beach Resort & Spa - Unawatuna during 24 - 26th March 2024. During this time we were treated by the most amazing staff lead by Nimnadi & Asela and were treated to the best food and attention by the whole team. The Beach Club and pool facilities were great and the beach facilities were also fabulous. We were put up on the 10th floor and those rooms were out of this world with incredible facilities and views. This is an incredible resort and one which we definitely be re-visiting. This is a 5-star resort and would recommend it to anyone considering visiting Unawatuna should stay at the amazing Araliya Beach Resort & Spa.
