The Haven All Suite Resort, Ipoh

Overall we are very satisfied with the stays although is a bit far to town. We are glad to hear that our room was upgraded to green view. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. When checked in, we found out that the floor is a bit dusty and immediately the housekeeping did the cleaning.

It was a great stay at the haven’s. Checking in process is quite smooth by Faris and we had a complimentary upgrade due to room availability as it was fully booked for our initially booked unit. Room cleanliness is satisfactory, unit is huge and comfy with refrigerator and water dispenser by Coway. Breakfast has quite good selection and very polite FnB staff especially Manna with great smiles! In short, this is the place where you want to relax yourself at a distance away from the hustle bustle city. Reward yourself with a stay at the haven’s :) Location to the city centre is also not far away, 15-20min drive but basically what you need is already provided.

Easy to access to Sunway Lost World of Tambun, just few minutes drive. Hotel comes with welcome drink and free snack & nescafe. The Scenary walking around the lake in the hotel is breathtaking. Children can enjoy playground and swimming pool too. Hotel breakfast is standard local cuisine and western, not much choice Overall is a great hotel just need to improve on maintenance of the room equipment and cleanliness

Pros: The surrounding was amazing with the view, infinity pool and all. The breakfast was so so but no complains cos they were on time on replenishing hot food. The place has other activities as well for families like feeding the pony and rabbits alongside the guinea pigs. But the rabbits look sick though with their skin conditions. Milo the pony gave me such an incredible experience that i would never forget , getting to feed him the first time. ❤️ thou some actually fed the pony other than their dietary restrictions without the hotel's consent and could have caused serious illness for the horse. As for the rooms, The big bathtub was my son's favourite cos he would get to shower on his own wiithout coaxing 3 times a day without crying.. he is only 2 turning 3. There was water filter and purifier in the suite so we could get hot water and clean cold water at any time. The mini tidbits were free and nescafe dolce were a plus cos we could get it topped up everyday. The room service was amazing as when i requested to borrow a bowl from their kitchen and the kitchen was busy they had their reception staff send it over. Thank youuu for that too. Cons: check in was a tad bit slow could be improved. But also they rushed to allow early check in for most of us waiting at the lobby. 👍 Sadly the aircon leaked at my living room in my suite it caused a puddle of water which my toddler ran into and called out while standing so still saying 'mummy wet' which i initially thought he peed only to realise it then .thnked god norhing happened to him. Please2 look into this to ensure the safety of the other guests as well. Thank you Otherwise i would love to come back here cos the experience is amazing and its soo close to the lost world of Tambun. ❤️👍

Staying in 3 bedroom lake view for 2nights). 1st impression when arrived at the resort was wowwww when look at the view.. Friendly and helpful staff during check in. Smooth check in process. Delicious welcome drinks. 2nd wow when entering the suite. Spacious suite with 3 rooms (2king beds , 1single bed). Love all the aminities provided by the resort. Resort have to improve on the food quality for breakfast. Have good concept where they divide the breakfast session into 2groups (7-8.30, 8.30-10). The dining area not too crowded. Overall its a good and value for money resort.

The stay here was amazing! The staffs were all friendly and helpful. All the amities were in great condition. The food is pretty good as well. The view from our unit was breathtaking and it’s easy to find good restaurants around.

Excellent facilities with many activities for families with kids. Staffs are friendly with commendable service. Overall cleanliness is good, though with room for improvement. Breakfast quality is so-so but acceptable, considering it is included with the room. I will certainly consider using this hotel again during my future visit to Ipoh.

Love this serenity surrounding this hotel. Feel chill and relax with the surroundings of limestone, very unique. Breakfast could be improve. Suites is clean and big, love it!
